Great location! Just a short, straight walk to the beach! Loved all of the beach things they had in the closet! The wagon was great! The beach is gorgeous. 30A is unbeatable. The place was very spacious and our 8 slept very comfortably. We will definitely keep this on our list to book again!

My son and I were in PCB for his fall break. Irina's place was perfect for us. She was easy to work with prior to and we will definitely stay there again in the future. It was very clean and my son enjoyed the bunk bed. We will definitely stay there again.

The accommodations were spot on and everyone had was comfortable. When we first arrived we turned on the tv in a couple of the apartments, but could not get connected to any channels. I messaged Josh and within minutes he responded with the solution. Josh provided local places to go for groceries and things to do. We really liked the donuts, they even had my fave, maple bacon glazed (yum) and it was very close and easy to get to. Josh was very detailed regarding what would be provided and what you should bring. There were more than enough beach items and we even added some items to the collection.

My stay at Jodi’s place was exceptional. She was an outstanding host—highly communicative, incredibly responsive, and always helpful. Her energy and attentiveness made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. The home itself was exactly as pictured—beautiful, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. If I return to the area, I would not hesitate to stay here again or explore other properties she hosts. Truly a top-tier Airbnb experience!

The entire family enjoyed our vacation at Panama City beach. The condo was perfect and had great views. Plenty of room for the eight of us. A lot of extra amenities throughout the condo. Will be coming back again

This condo is really awesome with a great view of both the beach and the city. It is furnished nicely and the beds are really comfy. There was coffee, cream and sugar for our use and I greatly appreciated that extra. It is in walking distance to Pier Park. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return. Check-in and Check-out was easy. My only complaints are listed below and really are minor issues. Thanks Wendy for an awesome view and a comfortable place. The bed pillows were very flat and need to be replaced. The hot water ran out really quick. We did not find a wagon for hauling items to the beach? The road construction is a mess out front.

The place was as listed. Nice views and easy access to surrounding attractions. Would stay again if we come back to the same area!

Staying at the condo was absolutely amazing. The front door opened up to a beautiful beach view, which made every morning feel like a breath of fresh air. But the real highlight was the balcony — it overlooked a beautiful lake, and every evening we got to watch a mesmerizing water show right from our spot. Location was great! The condo itself was clean, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed for the start of a great vacation. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and scenery, and I’d definitely go back in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Stay by the Beach! I had a fantastic time at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to catch the sunrise and relax by the water every day. Excellent apartment, location, the complex has everything, restaurant, pool, beach 3 minutes walk, you can go for a walk and breathe fresh air, everything well organized and clean, it's a 10/10, I would come back 100% recommend it, the host is excellent and always attentive to any questions.

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

This was a very nice bnb that was a close walk or drive to prime areas around pub/30A/Alys beach etc. The only suggestion our group has is more mirrors! There is only 1 mirror in the bathroom which made getting ready (as a group of 6) a bit more difficult. Otherwise, the host was very responsive, it was clean, and the check-in/check-out was easy to understand.

Highly recommend this beautiful condo. The view was especially amazing from the balcony. Jeremy was very quick to answer any questions we had and was very accommodating. We had an amazing time!

My family enjoyed our stay! The home is updated, clean, beautiful and in a prime location. The views are stunning and the access to the beach was perfect for us! We were within walking distance of Thomas Donuts and Carousel grocery store! Todd and Kimberly were quick to respond to any questions and ensured we had everything necessary for a fantastic trip! This was a beautiful condo. Everything was so perfect. The view of the gulf from the couch was a nice touch. The receptionist was polite and helpful. The cleanliness of the condo was perfect! Communication from the owners was wonderful. We will definitely stay there again when we come back.

I was not ready to go back to my real home lol I think I spent more time I. The condo instead of the beach. Any questions I need answered she was responded back as soon as possible. I’m so ready to go back in July.

Such a beautiful place to stay at !10/10 would recommend staying the pools are very close . Plus just a 6 minute walk to the beach ! Definitely would come back again ! Robin was a great and very responsive host !

We enjoyed our stay here. With it being right next to the beach and grocery store, we didn't have to drive to anything. Joseph was amazing host and we will definitely be staying here again when we come back! This is a perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

I’ve stayed at several condos on this property but Caty’s was one of a kind! I feel like the pictures online don’t do the condo justice. I loved the decor and felt very at home there. I was literally blown away with all of the different things she had for her guests to use. Board games, beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, beach towels, coupons for local restaurants, lots of extras in the kitchen and even several extra throw blankets for those of us who stay cold 🥶 We all felt right at home and I couldn’t be more grateful for the generosity she showed to our family. We will definitely be back! Thank you 😊

5-star rating. Great location. Clean. Host provided great instructions. Access was easy. Only two observations of note: 1. TV in downstairs bedroom did not have a remote. 2. All three ceiling fans are on the same frequency channel so when each guest is using the remote for the respective fan, they conflict with each other. I suggest that the fans be programmed on different frequency channels.

Our second time staying and we will be back! Particularly love this location at Pinnacle Point, in one of the low rises - but close to the pool! Great place to stay with a little family! Great host and stay! Thanks!
