200 year old Gardener's cottage, Mid Wales

Dan y Coed means 'under the trees'. Our cottage has nestled under the wooded hillside of Tan yr Allt for 200 years. The cottage is on the outskirts of Llanidloes, a 10 minute walk to town. We pride ourselves on guest satisfaction and the cottage is equipped to a high standard. We welcome all people and well behaved pets (downstairs). Mill Cottage is part of Felin Carrog a beautiful 19th century former corn mill. This characterful, cosy cottage is surrounded by countryside in a lovely rural setting. Situated between Aberystwyth and the beautiful harbour town of Aberaeron. Nearby Llanrhystud has a post office, a pub and petrol station with small supermarket. The property offers excellent wifi. Above and around Taliesin are many beautiful woodland walks, it's close to the coastal path and short driving distance (or bike ride) to the popular holiday village of Borth and unspoilt beach of Ynyslas.
