We stayed here with our almost-2-year-old for a few days and had a great time. The house was clean and smelled nice. We felt right at home. The kids’ toys and books were perfect and kept our daughter entertained whenever we were at the house. The pack-n-play was set up when we arrived, which was much appreciated after a late flight. There were tons of extra blankets and towels, including enough beach towels for a couple days. Linda was super helpful with suggestions of things to do. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The house is adorable, beds are comfy, outdoor space is all it’s hyped up to be. Fabulous place for a small group, and loved being able to have our pets. Close to lots going on. We had one small hiccup with the AC and Ashley was very responsive and the issue was resolved within 2 hours of reporting it to her. They also let us a check in a little early, even asking the day of. Super accommodating. Thank you!!!!

Tatyana was a fantastic host. Very responsive to questions, which were all prior to our check-in. The place was as described and worked out perfectly for our weekend at the Tampa Bay Blues festival. The three bedroom/two bath set up was perfect for the three of us. It is nice to have off street parking available and an Uber ride to the event was only $9. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is beautiful and spacious. We had a large crew with us and never felt crammed. Our favorite spot was the table outside, under the house. The neighborhood is quiet, except for the dog across the way, but it was never a problem. The swamp smelled a little. The location is top notch - conveniently close to resturants and beaches. We recommend staying here if you have a large group who like their privacy!

Awesome hosts! We really enjoyed our stay here as we came to meet up with family. Kim was very helpful and communicative! The house was very nice and clean, this is also the most stocked Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at, it was amazing. I would love to stay again in the future!

Très belle location spacieuse avec 4 vrais chambres, très propre, calme et bien située proche des commerces et de la plage. Nombreuses prestations (serviettes de bain, produits ménagers, condiments, ...) disponibles et fortement appréciés pour cette location. Dung a été très communicant, serviable et très réactif. Natalia’s apartment was perfect for our girls weekend to St. Pete! Her place is absolutely stunning with gorgeous details and thoughtful touches. The outdoor patio is super cute and peaceful. The beds are comfortable and the linens are pristine. Kind of wished there was a bigger couch in the living room but not a deal breaker. Natalia’s place is conveniently located about a 10 min drive to St. Pete beach! Some helpful tips - Bring your own laundry detergent if you wish to use the washer/dryer. Walk to Scooters coffee across the street and enjoy it on Natalias back patio. Walk to Publix for a pub sub, pack a cooler with drinks and take the Sun Runner bus to the beach for less than $3. Bring your own beach chair or rent 2 chairs + an umbrella on the beach for $50 all day. At night head down town. DTSP is a 15-20 min uber ride from Natalia’s! Would high recommend staying here and plan to come back again!

Our 3rd time at Carole's and always great. Her place is cozy,clean and can't beat the location. Easy one mile walk into Main Street Dunedin with lots of shops and restaurants, a 3 block walk to walk a beautiful trail along the water, close to two great beaches. Carole provides so much extra basics for cooking,coffee,tea. Always love chatting with her,she will give you great tips for the area. Can't wait till next time.

Every detail was attended to right down to the fresh smell of the pillows!! She had snacks, water bottles and more importantly, ice! And it was not freezer burned, who knows how long it was there ice. Cute little coffee shop about a minute walk right behind the apartment. Convenient off street parking; quiet, safe & secure. Marilyn was very quick to respond to all communication from booking to good-bye. She was quite gracious letting me check in early. Her place is a short drive Treasure Island beach and even shorter to downtown St. Pete activities. Definitely highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed.

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

Rental was just like pictures and right on the water. Patio/deck was perfect for relaxing with morning coffee or cocktails at night. Extremely clean and spacious and within easy walking distance of restaurants and beach. Perfect location!

The location was perfect, apartment was very clean and spotless . It’s was easy check in .Location was very closed to everywhere middle of Tampa .We enjoyed exploring the area .l can highly recommend to Edgar places .

Chris was a great host! The condo was immaculate, fresh, very clean. Needed home essentials were available. Spectacular view!!! Quiet and peaceful resort. Bed was comfortable. Only recommendation would be a darker shade in the bedroom as hall light still peeked in overnight. Will definitely look Chris' place up next time we're in the area!

The bed was SUPER comfortable! (which is VERY impt.) From the wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, , bikes you couldn't ask for anything more. The beach wasn't far and all of the information given was spot on. I looked at a lot of AIRBNBs and this one by far reached my greatest expectations! Theres so much to say about this wonderful place. Yana was super nice and accommodating in any questions we had. We will surely go back again! Thank you for a wonderful get away!

Great unit across the street from the beach. The photos matched the amenities. We felt right at home. Everything was fresh and clean. The neighbors were friendly. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, towels, and cooler were provided. Nice restaurants and market were within a 10-15 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay here.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

Valeries place was AMAZING! Words and pictures don't do the view from the balcony justice. The condo was cozy and very clean. It had everything I needed for a five week stay. I enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony, watching dolphins and boats go by. The sunsets were spectacular, a perfect view from the balcony. I had an excellent experience renting from Valerie. It was exactly as depicted. I would highly recommend staying at Boca Ciega Resort in Valerie's condo. You will not be disappointed!

Room 302. Elevator was still broke from hurricanes, but she told us. Partial ocean view. Laundry room down the hall was a little smelly. The king sized bed was very tall. Not sure my in laws could have made it, but we did. Only found 2 kitchen cloths. Close to bars, across from the ocean. We took trolley to Clearwater Great central location.
