Das Chalet mit zwei 4.5-Zimmerwohungen liegt zwischen Bahnhof/Dorfzentrum und Talstation der Gondelbahn zum Oschinensee. Es wurde 2022 umfassend renoviert und ausgebaut. Seit 2018 verfügt das Chalet über eine Fass-Sauna.

Die Zimmer befinden sich im Dachgeschoss mit niedriger Decke. Von dieser charmanten Unterkunft aus ist es nicht weit bis zu beliebten Geschäften und Restaurants. Kein Küchen Zugang.
