The unit is located on a quiet street near Hancock Golf Course. It is walking distance to University of Texas, including the football stadium, Moody Amphitheater, Waterloo Park, Hyde Park, and more. There are 3 bus lines within 3 blocks so getting downtown is fast. Uber and Lyft are fast too. The apartment has a private entrance from the alley. There is a dedicated parking spot as well as plenty of free parking on the street; no permit needed.
