Great stay four houses from the beach and walkable to Ocean Park restaurants. Even walked to the art museums easily, and close to Old San Juan and the airport. 45 minutes drive from El Yunque. Lost power and water pressure for a day but that was of no fault of the location. Had two kids that shared a room with no issues. Would definitely stay there again!

We LOVED staying at this Airbnb and had a fantastic time! Maribel is a wonderful host!! Super clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds!! Beach chairs, beach towels, volleyballs etc. all for us to use. The beach is right out the back door and the view from the unit's second floor balcony is dreamy-ocean, palm trees, beach all SO close!! We loved sitting and drinking coffee and watching the waves and people and dogs! The building only has 2 units per floor and we never saw anyone! Very quiet building. Very safe, family friendly area. The beach is amazing!! So clean!! Beautiful trees for shade, family friendly and a dog lover's paradise!! Several sand vb nets and many people played vb or pickle ball-so fun to watch! Lively, very walkable area- we walked everywhere- for groceries, breakfast, dinner, so much only a few blocks in every direction. Took Uber to OSJ several times - easy! We highly recommend Maribel's Airbnb - u won't be disappointed! We would love to visit again soon!

My boyfriend and I loved our stay here. Perfect size for 2, though we didn't try out the sofa bed. There were pots and pans, a coffee maker, hair dryer, and beach towels made available. The 1 minute walk to a 24/7 Walgreens made getting essentials easy (including groceries had we needed them). You are a 3 minute walk to the beach where you can rent an umbrella and 2 chairs easily for $20. Good food nearby as well. I would suggest ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as it can be a busy intersection but we felt it was well worth it. Jose is very responsive and will help you with last minute issues. I was extremely pleased and happy with my stay at Jose’s Airbnb. It was a very quaint, quiet and peaceful place. It was perfect for my husband and I. Jose was very hospitable, easy to communicate with and friendly. It felt like a home away from home and I already miss it! My husband I are looking forward to going back! Gracias Jose por todo!

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was not only clean and comfortable but also super aesthetic—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was unbeatable, right in the middle of everything, with great food spots and nightlife just steps away. Hernán’s place was in a fantastic location, and the room was a bit bigger than the photos looked! He was excellent and very responsive. The street he is on is close to a lot of nightlife. The AC worked great, and it was amazing to have hot water in the shower! We will absolutely stay here again :)

Saul's place was perfect. The rooftop was AMAZING!! And everything was very close. Easy to walk to the beach, close to restaurants and stores. The place was exactly as described. We had 6 people there and it was great. Saul was very communicative and helpful. I would not hesitate booking this place again.

Ms. Marta is an excellent host. We (me, hubby & 2 cats), just moved here to Puerto Rico from Pennsylvania. We rented this Airbnb because we wanted to look for a place between here and San Juan. Ms. Marta found out that we were looking for a place to buy/rent in the area and offered us an extended stay to continue looking for a place. (Relieved)! The villa we rented was clean, cozy and private. The linen smelled so good. There is a washer/dryer right on the property for your use. The hospitality was amazing. You want for nothing. When we told Ms. Marta we didn't have any internet service, she immediately responded. She spoke to the owner Mr. Juan, and that same day we had internet service. (Loose cable) Chewy is the awesome grounds keeper. If anything is needed, ask him once, and it's done!! He even brought my husband and I fresh coconut water. Gigantic coconut with a hole drilled on top. Yum. Nature, horses, dogs, singing coqui's and a pool! It felt like home. A must stay!!

This place was awesome! Perfect for me and my family. We were able to walk everywhere in Old San Juan, and the apartment had everything we needed—the washer, toaster oven, games, and so many other little details that made the visit delightful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay! I had the pleasure of meeting Julia and she was very kind. Her place was very clean and the a/c was ice cold! I recommend trying out panaderia monte brisas, it is a local bakery and very delicious! Not a problem for me, but the roosters crow in the morning in case you like to sleep in.

We had a great stay overall. We could walk to the beach within a few minutes. We had convenient access to a hose to wash off our beach gear when we got back. Great place for a family as there were enough beds for the kids to each have their own. One little thing to be aware of - the exterior lights on the building and in the parking lot are very bright and left on all night, and the shades don't fully block them out, so bring an eye mask if you are sensitive to light when sleeping.

My girlfriend and I were visiting here from Chicago. And we really enjoyed ourselves Everything was clean and cozy just as advertised. Perfect place for a solo trip or a 2 person get away! Beautiful beach only 5 minute walk away from the house. On our last day, we experienced the (island wide) power outage which affected thousands of peoples homes. But Karim (our host) was so helpful in keeping us updated and giving us peace of mind as they worked to restore power. Our host was also very responsive and provided plenty of information and photos for us to navigate the gates and entries. With clear instructions and rules I would 100% recommend this space and looking forward to being a repeat costumer!

Beautiful location! Has waterview and you can see the sun rise beautifully from the apartment floor. Pristine, private, and comfortable. Host was friendly, instructions were clear, and check in was a breeze. Lots of amenities. This was really a great deal.

Our stay at Javier’s place was nothing short of amazing. My family throughly enjoyed our sty and with each day it felt like home. The place had everything you needed and more. The apt was better than we could’ve imagined. It was spacious, clean, stocked and comfortable. We loved just hanging out on the private balcony and creating memories. During our stay their was a massive power outage throughout the island and Javier made sure to check in with us and even offered other accommodations. Our stay was great, the neighborhood and place itself was beautiful. The hot tub was a good addition. I have no complaints I would stay again!

Stayed here for a couple of days. Really loved it. The place was clean and it’s located in a safe area. Not to mention that there are security guards in the lobby and not everyone can enter the building. The security guards were also really nice and offered recommendations on where to eat and visit. I would definitely stay here next time.

We enjoyed our stay at this airbnb and felt right at home as soon as we drove in through the gates. The grounds were beautiful with lush greenery and well-manicured lawns. The infinity pool area set against the background of the ocean blue and the miradors adorned with bougainvillea flowers was just stunning. The house, though old, was quite spacious, airy and clean. Our favorite spot in the house was the balcony with the ocean views and the cool Caribbean breeze. Communication with the host was smooth. Highly recommend this property and would love to stay again if in the area.

We stayed in St. John for 4 nights, It was a really nice experience at the vacation rental there. It was only about a 20 minute drive to all the most popular beaches. The location of the rental place was very nice, there were no houses very close to it which provided easy access and privacy. The rental home was very clean and had all the required amenities. We cooked a lot in the kitchen, it had all the required utensils, spice rack, full size refrigerator and very good gas stove with oven. They also had very nice balcony with furniture to sit and pretty good view of mango and tamarind trees around. They provided beach chairs, cooler, snorkeling gear, noodles etc which was really helpful. The washers and dryers were very helpful for us to take care of our wet clothes on a daily basis. The owners were very responsive and took good care of our stay. Overall, it was a really nice stay, would definitely come back again.

By far the best bnb I have ever been to. The view is incredible, and the house is super clean and welcoming. Finding it initially was a little difficult but once you find it it’s super easy to remember. The hosts were great! You would have no idea they are even there unless you needed help from them. They are very kind and helped us when we had an issue(not with the house), which they did not need to do. The deck is awesome, complimentary drinks, clean pool/hot tub. I really can’t say enough good things. The bed is insanely comfortable, and the tv lets you connect to all your steaming services. Within 15 minutes to all the best beaches and restaurants on this side of the island. I will 100% be staying here again.

The place is very beautiful! We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and well organized. Definitely will come back.
