The Lodge 44a - nr. South Downs N. Park. No Fees!

The Lodge 44a (refreshed in 2025!) is purpose built, STEP FREE, accessible, semi-detached bungalow (shower is NOT wheelchair accessible) on the edge of Worthing a short walk from the National Park. Consists of a King-size en-suite bedroom, very well equipped kitchen, cosy and comfortable lounge/diner/utility room with additional toilet/high end washer/dryer. Yingyangpad - wheelchair/accessible accommodation

WELCOME Now open for 2026 and looking forward to greeting guests both new and old. Built under the guidance of a wheelchair using friend we have provided most, but not all, of the facilities to suit less mobile visitors, although everyone is more than welcome to stay with us. It is rustic themed and located around 5 mls (8km) from the A1 and 3 (5km) from the M62 motorway, with good road/rail and bus links. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay.

With a private, enclosed, dog friendly, south facing garden, the views are beautiful. Red Kites circle overhead & the entire property is surrounded by farmland, with 5 acres of our land for you to explore.

The Ticket Office at Strathcarron Station is a luxury self catering apartment on the famous Kyle Line, one of the “Great Railway Journeys”. Enjoy a relaxing break in this two bedroom ground floor disabled friendly apartment. Many original features have been retained and the space has been carefully modernised with ramp access and wet room. Peaceful views to the surrounding mountains and watch the trains right outside! Springmoor, a newly designed, spacious, hi spec annexe, was originally designed for my brother who suffered from MND. It is fully accessible. It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.

Roundwood nestles in the beautiful countryside of the Welsh borders close to the town of Knighton. Roundwood affords glorious views of the Shropshire hills and the Welsh Marches. Roundwood is a smallholding with horses, sheep and chickens who wander in the pastures that surround the accommodation. The Stables is a self contained one bedroom cottage comfortably furnished with a large bathroom, kitchen, lounge and utility room. It has access to a secure dog exercise area and tennis court.

North Challacombe Farm is a luxury accessible and spacious 5 bedroom home set in 50 acres within Exmoor Park, with breathtaking countryside and sea views. This home is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor and has an adapted ground floor bedroom with electric profiling bed and large en suite wet room with roll-in shower and grab rails.
