For outdoor enthusiasts, incredible trailheads and tubing down Clear Creek is very close. It is also centrally located for the School of Mines and a 10 minute drive to the iconic Red Rocks!

This has been exclusively my home for the past 7 years. Holdovers include a letter press, a life-sized carousel horse, a metal peacock sculpture, and a golden mirror (that is 8 feet tall and 4-1/2 feet wide). A quirky mix of industrial and glam elements create a moody welcoming environment.
