Alice and her co-host is spectacular. Hands down they are A-1. 5 🌟 's. I would definitely recommend her as a host any day. we had a terrific time .All because of a host that cared.

Our stay in Newark was great! The space accommodated my large family! The house was beautiful! The game room was amazing! The kids loved the many activities! The house was close to everything we needed! Thanks for again for hosting us!

My husband, our dog and me have been staying here for almost a year, from 2 nights to a week or more every few months. Have never had any issues, the home is always clean and perfect for our needs. There is a diner within walking distance and a supermarket a few minutes drive. Great for our dog there is a lovely park 1 block away, with a pond, playground and if your lucky can watch a softball game. The host is very responsive and ready to assist with your concerns or questions.

Massiel was an exceptional host, the apartment matches the description. My group was very satisfied with the accommodation. The house is divided into two floors each with 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and 0.5 half bath, kitchen and living room. Floor 2 has internal stairs, which allowed us to always be in contact with our family members. As for the area, it is downtown Newark; a bit distant to return if you miss an exit by mistake marked on the map. I recommend it and would go back again. We had transportation and always felt safe at Hillside.

Place was perfect for a trip to NYC. I thought everything was exactly what we needed. It was clean and well maintained, Communication was good and the room was very private. Bathroom might be hard to shower in if you have disabilities that hinder movement ……like obesity (people wrote negative reviews because of their weight) Would definitely stay again!

Let me start by saying that Oneeba was the perfect host. She was very detailed in her communications, she responded within a reasonable time for any questions I had. She even refunded me for some washcloths I bought from Walmart. She had 8 already but I had a party of 13 so I just grabbed them on my Walmart run and she refunded me with proof of receipt. Now the house was exactly as described in the listing. Everything is very modern and sleek and up to date and in pristine condition. We basically had 2 apartment units with their own entries and own equal amenities. It was more then enough room for me and the other guest which included 3 adults, 10 kids and 1 newborn. The house was also about 20-25 minutes from The American Dream Mall that has "Nickelodeon Universe" and "Dreamworks Waterpark" which is why we were visiting the area. I would highly recommend this home based off the immaculate host and the immaculate home itself!!! If I ever come back that way, I know where I'm staying!!!

I had an exceptional stay at this Airbnb! The unit was impeccably clean, and located in a very safe neighborhood. It’s conveniently close to New York and Manhattan, with easy access within 25 minutes. Plus, there are lots of convenient stores around. The host was incredibly responsive, addressing any minor issues promptly. I highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting the area

I stayed for the month of April with my dog and everything was great. The grounds are well maintained and the building has a ton of amenities including garage parking. Would recommend to anyone looking for a short term rental!

Better than a hotel. And free parking would stay again

I cannot say enough positive things about Jake's beautiful Mendham farmhouse. My family and I spent the weekend there for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary and we could not have asked for anything more. Jake is so friendly and communicative. He is easygoing and responsive and made us feel very welcome. The house is stunning - charming and rustic with beautiful modern upgrades and plenty of room to spread out. We did not want to leave and hope to book with Jake again in the near future.

The apartment is new, convenient and well-equipped. The furniture and all accessories were brand new at the time of our stay (April 2025), we hope that the guests and the owners will keep everything in such a good shape in the future. This hotel-style unit is spacious and quiet, facing a large inner plaza, with double-glazed windows that are effective against noise. The Manhattan view is great, day and night, as mentioned in most of the guest reviews. There are Venetian blinds on the large windows but be aware that they don't completely block the morning light from the east (if you are sensitive to this issue). The bed is comfortable and the linens are nice. Jeff is super-responsive and cooperative, willing to satisfy his guests. In general, Hoboken is a very pleasant small town and New York is easily accessible from there. In conclusion: A highly recommended Airbnb apartment in Hoboken NJ.

We enjoyed staying a week at Erica’s beautiful and peaceful place after a busy cross country drive. The home is stunning and the Airbnb more spacious than we had expected. It is surrounded by other very lovely homes on large, beautiful lots, and the neighborhood is very safe and walkable.There are many great restaurants and shops nearby, and we will definitely stay with Erica again when in the area.

Just was a great host. Very accommodating with the time that I needed. I was able to extend my stay multiple times. He kept the outside of the house clean and was very accommodating.

This is my second at the place, feels like home, everything was as described, very roomy, clean, very well equipped, will definitely stay again.

John is amazing and very responsive! His property is clean, quiet, and nice. Directions were straight forward so had a very easy arrival. The parking provided is definitely a huge plus for the location!! Will definitely be booking again!

Igal is a great host. He came to the train station to pick me up and drove me to the house. He showed everything. Previously, he answered all my questions and gave accurate instructions. The house itself is located at a very safe and quiet part of the town. The train station is in a walkable distance. The room is quite big. The bed is not that comfy but bearable for a shorter time. Bathroom is great. Coffee machine, microwave, a small oven and a small fridge are provided. And NYC is a 40 minute train ride!

A few words isn't enough to explain how perfect our stay was. Chad was very flexible with us regarding check in time. He met us when we arrived and showed us the ins and outs of the loft and we had a great chat. He stayed in touch throughout our 5 day stay and recommended the greatest local breakfast place. Honestly, this is the best place, hotel or airbnb, we have ever stayed. We hope to return to Newark someday just so we can stay again. Our family had the best time going to shows at Papermill Playhouse in Millburn, NJ. And we took the train a couple of days from Newark Penn Station to Manhattan. It was super easy to get in and out of the city. If I could give Chad and the loft more than 5 stars I would.

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotografías, el lugar era muy tranquilo, tenía tiendas y supermercados muy cerca. El check in fue rápido ya que las indicaciones para ingresar por parte del señor Miguel fueron muy claras. Se puede ir caminando hacia la estación del tren hacia Manhattan aproximadamente unos 30 minutos, ó por Uber que cobra aproximadamente unos $12. El tren dura aproximadamente 30 minutos de New Jersey a Manhattan y ni se siente el traslado. Muy agradecidos con don Miguel, por su empatía y gentileza ya que la aerolínea nos atraso el vuelo de regreso, se lo comunicamos y él nos permitió hacer el check out más tarde. Lo anterior nos permitió hacer tiempo y descansar un poco más antes de llegar al aeropuerto. Sin duda alguna recomiendo el lugar y si vuelvo a ir a New York lo reservaría sin dudarlo.
