My cozy and sunny apartment in Rustavi, Georgia

My newly remodeled apt in an old building of industrial Rustavi is close to bus station, neighborhood sprmrkts, pharmacies,etc. Some pubs&nice cafes are situated in 500 m. Apt is suitable for both couples &solo adventurers. As you see in photos, it's more home-style, artistic one rather than a standard hotel apt. U may need 30-45 minutes to reach Tbilisi center unless finding enough attractions in Rustavi. Also, some hiking or driving destinations are close 2 Rustavi both in Geo & Armenia.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The studio is a standalone spacious family unit with separate shower, toilet and bathroom. Needed furniture and amenities can be added according to your desire and consideration. House has 2 wash machines on premises and a kitchen which is shared with other residents. The studio is bright and has access to a massive balcony and living/ dining room with a fireplace, piano, TV lounge and other amenities. No parties, no pets!
