From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. It is a flat with all exterior rooms and lots of light. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. Both bedrooms are double and have fitted wardrobes. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower tray. The living-dining room is open to the kitchen, thus generating an incredible feeling of spaciousness and light, and has a large and comfortable double sofa bed that allows for a more flexible distribution in the use of beds by the occupants.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a spacious lounge with a sofa bed (bed is 1.60 - 2:00 meters), dining room, very spacious kitchen with all amenities for cooking such as hob, oven and microwave. Next to the entrance is a toilet room. If you go down the stairs there are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed.The shower room is next to the bedrooms. Be aware the building has no elevator. You will love my place because it is a charming, luxurious and authentic house in a great historical location. The whole historical center is within walking distance.
