Charming historic farmhouse on the site of Tywardreath Priory - a beautiful, peaceful setting close to the village yet minutes from the beach and the South West Coast Path. The Eden Project and Fowey are both less than 3 miles away. A perfect couples retreat, this spacious apartment has been styled to a very high standard with a king-size four poster bed, luxury bathroom with bath, walk-in shower & bidet, a comfortable living room with dining area and a well-designed, fully equipped kitchen.

Nestled in a pretty, friendly village 3 miles from Fowey is our well equipped and homely Cornish miners cottage dating from 1860, under a mile from the beach and just a 10 minute drive to The Eden Project. Pebble Cottage is located on a quiet no-through lane (The Saints Way) which leads to open countryside one way and towards the beach and coastal path the other. There is central heating, a private parking space and fully enclosed, flat, sunny courtyard garden (no steps!) with seating and BBQ.

Pella is a beautiful country cottage nestled in 12 acres of land, just a short distance from the historic harbour town of Fowey and beaches. Tastefully decorated in Farrow and Ball colours with a mixture of antique and modern furniture, this cottage is the perfect destination to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Younger guests can play in the woods and fields while you enjoy the large south facing patio with views across the countryside. Perfect for dog owners, families and friends.

The Conifers Bedsit S Catering Flat in Nat Reserve

Free return taxi to Eden b4 9pm, see notes. The Conifers is a very small, stylish bedsit flat in Par Nature Reseve with a lovely Victorian garden, surrounded by ancient woods. It has a small galley kitchen (5x8ft) a small double bedroom and a shower room, but no lounge. It has its own entrance, a large drive and secure, dry storage with hose for bikes etc. 2.3 miles from Eden, a 5 min walk from Par train station (0.3 mile), 100m from the bus stop to Fowey/Truro and 1.1 miles from Par beach.

The Barn

The Barn is a perfect escape for a couple. A spacious open-plan barn with kitchen and living room, flagstone floor and underfloor air-source heating and an overhead sleeping platform. Stylish self-contained shower room. Large library of books and collection of board games and extensive gardens and grounds. Welcome to Little Woodside, a cosy self-contained detached annexe on our property, with private garden and parking in beautiful Carlyon Bay, just minutes from the beach and South West Coast Path. Perfect for couples or solo travellers, Little Woodside is close to the historic harbours of Mevagissey and Charlestown, plus attractions including Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan. Wi-Fi and Sky TV with Sky Sports 10-minute walk to the beach and 25-minute walk to Charlestown harbour.

The Old Chapel Of Rest

The Old Chapel is a unique property. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining area and WC. The upper floor boasts a spacious bedroom with a Super King bed, built in wardrobe and bathroom. Our Chapel is in a fantastic central location, just a few minutes drive away from the Port of Charlestown where Poldark is filmed and Tall Ships are usually docked. Seaview is a stone and timber clad lodge, arguably situated in one of the best locations in Cornwall with uninterrupted sea views across St Austell Bay as well as panoramic views of the glorious Cornish countryside. The spacious & luxurious lodge sits in an enviable position within the stunning 24-acre gardens and grounds of the Trenython Manor Estate. The Manor itself, now a hotel, is typical of England’s rich heritage being an architectural treasure, built in 1872 and open to our guests.

Walking distance from Par Station, close to Fowey, Eden Project. Par Beach approx 1/2 mile walk. Large double, self-contained studio room annex, double shower, kitchenette, and a sitting room area with a sofa bed to comfortably sleep a 3rd adult or 2 small children. Completely private entrance, parking close by. No pets Kitchenette has a microwave, kettle & toaster. There is no cooker, oven or hot plates. A welcome pint of milk, tea, sugar and coffee are provided.
