You can walk to the local market, restaurants and downtown Tybee Island. You can see the pier from the deck and of course the ocean. We welcome guests with the booking person at least 25 years old or up.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Peaceful setting and super quiet neighborhood. Enjoy my amazing slice of heaven! Private garden with umbrella, and seating, covered front porch with butterfly garden. 4 blocks to the beach ( sunrise) & 4 blocks to the back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!
