For those keen on fishing or boating our property has plenty of room to park your car and boat securely. Close to town centre, shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Hastings boat ramp only 3 Klm, Great fishing on western port bay. If you prefer port Phillip bay it's only 20 mins away. The space The unit has a full kitchen with electric hot plates, microwave and fridge/ freezer. Separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Laundry with front loader washing machine. The bedroom has a queen size bed and cupboard space. Large lounge dinning area with a double pull out sofa bed. It is well insulated with heating and cooling and has a great outdoors area with BBQ

As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.
