Relax in Your Private Spa at This Tranquil Country Cottage

Indulge in a luxury spa experience at a tranquil cottage. Follow a garden path from your decked balcony to a private wood-fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, outdoor shower and summerhouse. It's a great spot for stargazing by night and bird-watching by day. Cook in a modern well-equipped kitchen or have a night off, dinner prepared for you by us and brought over to the cottage. Please note that all logs for the hot tub and log burner are inclusive ! We are pet friendly and welcome 1 large breed or 2 smaller breeds of dog. The cottage is situated in the grounds of our own home. While it is entirely private we are on hand if you need anything and Mark can also provide private catering as a highly regarded chef sourcing the best local produce in Cornwall ! The cottage terrace opens out from the bedroom with direct access to the garden and a path which leads to an outdoor spa with wood fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, fire pit and summerhouse. We are located in the adjacent house should you need us for anything at all but offer our guests total privacy otherwise. The choice is yours ! The cottage is in a pretty rural hamlet surrounded by countryside near the market town of Launceston in the county of Cornwall. A car is needed. The cottage sleeps 2 adults in a King sized bed and up to 2 small children (under 12) on the sofa bed.

The Old Classroom, Victorian school conversion

Set in the picturesque, friendly village of St. Neot, with far reaching panoramic views over the open fields and woods. 'The Old Classroom' was part of the old village school, which served the local community for over 130 years. It has now been converted to a very high standard, providing a family home and holiday let. Perfectly located in mid-Cornwall, 10 mins from the A30 and A38, so ideal for exploring all parts of Cornwall, with many beautiful beaches and historic villages only 30 mins away.

Cosy tiny home by Fowey estuary

The perfect place for a romantic getaway, a place to kick back and unwind in or a base for a more active holiday - walking, swimming and kayaking. The workshop was a ruin before we turned it into a stylish and very comfortable living space with bespoke joinery, underfloor heating, power shower, kingsize bed with linen sheets and its own private patio. It was the workshop for Lombard Mill which sits below it and lies in an ancient wooded valley in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Nested within a rural picturesque valley on Bodmin Moor, The Wren is perfectly located in Cornwall and makes an ideal base for wedding guests attending Trevenna. Moorland walks and stunning lakes are all within close vicinity and both the North & South coasts are within a 30-40minute drive. The A30 & A38 are also easily accessible via car from the property.

Cosy foxglove cabin: Hot tub firebowl dog friendly

Our foxglove cabin is set in the middle of 620 acre’s of woodland. Mountain bike trails, walking and streams, great for dog owners and nature lovers.Your own hot tub 24 hrs a day, have a bbq on the firebowl or cosy up inside by the wood burning stove. Set 20 mins from north coast and 20 mins from south coast, this is perfect location for exploring cornwall. Separate bedroom, full cooking facilities, private decking area, hot tub, fire bowl/ bbq. The perfect place to un-wind and relax in nature.

The Winky Wonky Watershed, a peaceful 1 bed cabin

Get away from it all here, sit & watch the stars by the fire pit or lie in bed under the cosy duvet with double doors open & let the sea of green soak up all your stress’s. The cabin is cosy & has all you need for a comfortable get away. There is no wifi or power but battery packs are provided & can be charged at the house during the day. A camping gas hob is provided along with a bbq & fire pit. There is no heating but it is well insulated & there are blankets and hot water bottles provided.

Millpark, A Beautiful Secluded & Tranquil Hideaway

Millpark is located in the heart of Cornwall sitting in a secluded location within its own grounds offering total peace & tranquility. Your self contained flat is very spacious & light though at lower ground level. Millpark provides a perfect base for exploring Cornwall. Within easy walking distance of Cardinham Woods & Bodmin Moor & numerous cycle routes. Short drive to Padstow/Rock on North Coast or Fowey on the South Coast, Eden Project or Heligan. An hour to St Ives or St Michael’s Mount.

Rural Barn Conversion, Boconnoc, Lostwithiel

Set on the edge of Boconnoc Estate and the outskirts of Lostwithiel you will find our large 1 bedroom converted barn. We are quite centrally located in Cornwall. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.

Detached cabin in private grounds

Snuggling in a wooded corner of our paddock the cabin is a lovely secluded escape for two. In one of the quietest parts of Cornwall with complete privacy you will hear the hoots of owls and chorus of birdlife, and with no light pollution the night skies are magnificent. The coast is nearby, with the Fowey estuary just down the road, and glorious beaches and coastal footpath a short drive away. It is roomy and comfortable in all weathers, and comes with a private wild garden.

Our cottage is situated on Bodmin Moor in an area of oustanding natural beauty and on the outskirts of the hamlet of Warleggan. It is an ideal location for people who are looking to get away from it all, whilst still being within easy reach of major Cornish towns and sitting roughly equidistant between beautiful Cornish north and south coast beaches. The accommodation is a light and airy space with neutral decor, furnished partly with pieces from our travels in Africa.

Bootlace Cottage in Tywardreath

This special place is a converted cobbler's shop opposite a church in the heart of the historic village of Tywardreath, which boasts a wonderful pub and shop. Fowey, the Eden Project and Charlestown are all just a short drive away. This charming cottage is self-contained and is within walking distance to Par Beach and Par Station. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need and there is an outside terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and a sundowner.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature on the Bodmin moors with plenty of activities around the area: including the Eden project, the stunning beaches and beautiful walks. There are so many things to do off-site or on including riding lessons/ pony rides or animals for your kids to cuddle. After all the activities relax at your hut with a glass of wine or head up to the famous pub, jamacia inn, for some dinner which is a 2 minute walk from us
