This is my second family vacation at the mittenhaus (for Christmas this time). It was just as wonderful as the first time! It's was beautifully decorated for the season, many warm throw blankets for watching TV and blankets for the beds. Everything was perfect! We'll book this place again for our future vacations!

Great location quiet street and loved the house it was beautiful and the woodwork was gorgeous so glad that the house was taken care of all these years and is loved so much! Great for a group of 5 and had all we needed. That’s a plus for sure! Close to restaurants and Amish area. Mother daughter weekend was a hit for sure! Thanks again for sharing your gorgeous house with us.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb Celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday. The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The highlight was definitely the hot tub, which was perfect for unwinding while enjoying the gorgeous lake views. The location was peaceful and scenic, making it the ideal spot for a getaway. The hosts were great—responsive and thoughtful, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. Whether we were relaxing by the water, enjoying the spacious and well-decorated home, or soaking in the hot tub under the stars, every moment was perfect. If you’re looking for a stunning lakeside retreat with all the comforts of home (and then some!), this is the place to book. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a gem of a house right in the heart of adorable Canal Fulton. Lots of shops and places to eat surrounding this area, including a delicious coffee shop right next door. The house in and of itself is well taken care of and has lots of history. Leslie was a beyond helpful and accommodating host. I highly recommend this place, and would love to stay here again! 🩷

Kevin’s place was great. So peaceful and everything you need right there. Plant of space for larger groups love the fact you have a whole separate loving space downstairs to kind of be separated. Everything was wonderful beautiful lake. Kevin is super responsive and always there to answer questions. Would highly recommend.

Valerie was incredibly welcoming, warm and helpful. Her place is charming and secluded from road noise - highly recommend!

This is the second time we stayed here and it was as great as before! Will stay again!

WE LOVED our stay with Curt. He was super responsive and the air bnb was quaint and beautiful. I would 100% recommend this place. Excited to come back in the future. Great breakfast. Great environment. Great relaxing! Very awesome that it is bet friendly too. ❤️

Valerie in her house we’re outstanding. We’ve had such a nice time. She’s close to the wineries as we went to Gervasi winery. she made an outstanding breakfast in the morning and she was so easy to communicate with. She was very helpful ways. The bed was comfortable the room was comfortable. The breakfast again was outstanding above and beyond. I would highly recommend this and we are definitely coming back.

We enjoyed our stay so much! This is a wonderful & not so well-known piece of history that has been beautifully restored. Loved our Pullman & breakfast baskets especially when I was asked how the 1st one was & mentioned it had alot of sweets so the 2nd one had fresh fruit, yogurt & healthy items. That was a plus. The museum was fantastic, so well-done. We will be back! Only regret is that we couldn’t go to the Over the Rail Diner as it was closed on Sunday & Monday.

We had a nice time exploring Roscoe Village from the Carriage House at Applebutter Inn. We chose this spot based off of location, price and amenities. We loved the homemade breakfast that was prepared for us and it was delicious. It consisted of French toast (with cinnamon and powdered sugar) sausage, and a wonderful bowl of fruit. The peach in it was from his tree he said was overflowing! We loved the little coy pond in front of the carriage house and beautiful late summer flowers! Inside we liked that there was a third small bed that if we ever needed/wanted to bring our kid we could come back. We enjoyed the antique fixtures and knick knacks that went along with the decor. I liked that there was coffee and a pot available even though we brought our own brand to use of coffee and then had some more up at breakfast. I enjoyed the bed and couch used for tv watching. We did not get around to using the hot tub but did enjoy the pressure of the shower. Everything was as described.

Wir haben kurzfristig gebucht und Curt hat uns sehr flexibel, auch die späte Anreise bestmöglich ermöglicht. Er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fünf von fünf Sternen hat er sich durch seine persönliche, hilfsbereite und freundliche Kommunikation sehr verdient. Die Unterkunft ist wie ein kleines Museum, das Curt sehr liebevoll führt. Es war eine schöne Abwechslung aus dem Alltag, vielen Dank, Curt und dir weiterhin gutes Gelingen.
