The Gardeners Cottage is set within the walled gardens of Corvisel House, built by Rear Admiral John McKerlie in 1829. We have restored the cottage in a vintage, quirky style with Donegal & Harris tweed soft furnishings & floral accents to reflect the glorious garden outside! It's located at the edge of Newton Stewart so very handy for evening strolls to the eateries in town. You can take walks in our small forest from the courtyard & hang out in the walled garden - green fingers are welcomed!!

Corlae Cottage, mountain and forest views

Nestled in a secluded glen surrounded by mountains and forest, comfortable family holiday accommodation in a detached cottage. Close to the Galloway Forest park, an excellent base for walking, mountain biking and star gazing due to the dark skies. The famous Southern Upland Way walking route is accessible on foot from the cottage along with other beautiful hill walking, including some impressive peaks with breathtaking views. Streams and pools nearby for paddling and wild swimming adventures.

The Studio is a bright, airy studio-style cottage ideal for a couple. There is an open plan living/kitchen area with a separate double bedroom and en-suite shower room. The Studio is ideally located a 5-minute walk from both Brodick village and the Auchrannie Spa. It overlooks Brodick golf course, the beach and Brodick bay. On site parking is available and one pet is welcome. An external security camera monitors the driveway. However, it is only operational when the property is vacant.

Whether you're looking for a one night business stopover, a couple of nights to attend a wedding at the Brig O'Doon, or a self catering holiday break, Doonbank Cottage's Bothy offers an exclusive, flexible & private accommodation. The Bothy is a beautifully presented & spacious, one bed detached house. Set in 4 acres of woodland on the banks of the River Doon & forming part of Doonbank Cottage's woodland garden, it is a very peaceful and quiet location. One (medium sized) dog allowed.

The Old Toll House Petite and perfectly formed

Petite but perfectly formed The Old Toll house is a perfect base to explore Dumfries and Galloway. The Old Toll house was built in 1813 the same time as the bridge was built. It was the original Toll house used to collect the payment for people crossing between Newton Stewart and Minnigaff. The old wooden bridge and ford was replaced in 1813 John Rennie (The Elder) won the honour of the commission. Thomas Telford his competitor also submitted plans. Thank you for your booking.

Welcome to Whin Cottage, a cosy stonebuilt home on the South West coast of Arran. Dating from 1900 when it was a farm house, it looks out over fields to the southern Arran hills. Our cottage is a great place to escape from the many stresses of everyday life, have a digital detox ( no wifi by choice) whilst offering a perfect base from which to discover Arran. Can sleep 4 adults or 2 adults & 2 children (We only accept dogs if prearranged) Private back garden with seating area. Private front forecourt with dining table & chairs. Across the road from a play park/field & beach. 5 minute walk to shop. 20min walk to local pub. We advise all customers to get travel insurance when travelling to an island.
