Relax with your family at this peaceful place to stay. Pet friendly with large back yard and large front awning where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets or a morning cup of coffee. Cherokee is a small town with two restaurants, a subway, and quick stop. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and a quiet town close to the Salt Plains National Wildlife Refuge which provides birding, and beautiful views. There are many other interesting sites within a short drive; the perfect getaway.

Pecan Cabin

The Pecan Cabin is in the middle of a pecan orchard. It is built out of pecan wood. There is much wildlife around the cabin. We often see deer, wild turkeys, armadillo, squirrels, hawks, racoon, and coyote. It is very quiet and peaceful. A great place for star gazing. This is a working pecan orchard. You may see us, mowing, pruning and generally taking care of the trees. There is no hunting on this property. The land is leased for hunting, but they do not hunt in the pecan grove.

Cranberry Cottage near Lazy E

The Cranberry Cottage is a unique romantic getaway nestled on a private wooded 2-acre property close to Lazy-E Arena in Guthrie, Ok. Our place is 15 minutes from Oklahoma State University, Lake McMurtry East is 3.5 miles away. You’ll love our place because of the outdoors space, tranquility and the wildlife. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Enjoy the stars and nights around the fire pit. Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.

Six Points Lodge

This unique and memorable place was hand built by family that resided there. It has been a functioning family farm since 1936. We are proud to keep it going & are happy to show others. The granary is operable to this day. It holds seed wheat for my family farm, Boedeker Farms, where I work. Our family currently farms close to 4,000 acres, which includes 3 of the 4 sections at our location. We also have 250 pairs that we care for.
