We are close to Sesame Place too. A short two block walk along tree lined sidewalks gets you to the light rail "River Line" that whisks you to the high speed PATCO rail line directly to center city Philadelphia or north to NJ Transit trains with service to New York City! We welcome flexible check ins and checkouts.

Semi-private laundry / utility room, only used by owners to access the garage. Broadband WiFi included as well as a 65" LED TV with a wide range of streaming apps. A quaint patio area in the front yard invites guests to enjoy the weather.

We look forward to providing you a 5 star experience! Our Cottage is a freestanding guest house perfect for couples. The old farm's corn crib, renovated keeping the original interior wood beams intact. The loft bedroom (not child proof) is accessible by a very manageable set of steps. A KING SIZE Bed Guarantees a great nights sleep! Kitchenette, electric fireplace, bbq, firepit, covered patio, smart tv and 2 bikes available to reserve. Covered parking and plenty of hiking paths. 1st Floor private entry to Kit-Dining-Living with comfy Sofa, Chair and Big TV. 2nd Floor has One King Bedroom w/large closet and peek-a-boo view of the Neshaminy Creek.

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!
