THINK TINY, THINK ADVENTURE Modern TINY (16') Home on Wheels was inspired and built with a desire for minimalism, clean lines and efficiency of space. It has all the modern amenities you need in the midst of Nature. Space is sufficient but limited. Tiny is located inside "Lone Pine Mobile Oasis" RV PARK, on the west side of HWY 395, and Lubken Canyon. There is Hwy noise and there are neighbors. Semi's do drive the Hwy during the night. The ranch has plenty of private outdoor space to explore including over a mile of the Kaweah River, one of the only deep water swimming areas around, ponds, and, a 60ft waterfall. Our property is great for the hiking, bird watching, swimming, or fishing enthusiast! A map of the land and its features will be provided upon arrival.

Welcome to our beautiful Riverview Bungalow. 900' sq ft dwelling with full kitchen, bathroom with tub, deck overlooking the Kaweah River, TV and Internet, and off street parking. We are dog friendly. The Bungalow is located on the 7 acre Pratt Ranch in Three Rivers, CA. The view from your private deck is looking right at a series of rapids on the Kaweah River. You can hear the river as you sleep. Perfect for 2 people, can accommodate 3 with optional roll out bed.

Perfect hikers retreat, on the river! Private & shared river spot. Private Balcony. Located conveniently on the main road (HWY 198), 2 minutes from town, just down the road from the White Horse(wedding grounds) and 5 minutes to the park entrance. Ideal for a couple, common area has a queen size bed. Small "bunk room" available for an additional $40 charge per night. Coffee Pods and creamer provided! Private patio overlooking the river with view of mountains.

Please be advised that there is a local business just a few doors down that feed those in need.
