This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Za one koji vole malo aktivniji odmor mogu se okušati u raftingu,zipp line,planinarenje,biciklizam, jet-ski vožnje.

The apartment is 400 m from the city center, where the fresh fish market and vegetable market are. In the old town there are many restaurants and cafes. A supermarket is 200 m from the apartment.

It was therefore our intention to bring it back to life and restore this original idea – to offer escape, relaxation and pure joy to our guests in a beautiful setting.
