It’s a perfect spot to unwind after a day in town, or get some time away to paint, write or reconvene with yourself, nature, or the one you love. (* NO HOT TUB has never worked & will NOT be working).

A secluded getaway, Sanctuary Cove's Guest Cottage is surrounded by 80 acres of pristine Southwest Desert. The Time Capsule is a unique experience in a space age module dropped in the middle of an 11 acres desert sanctuary and sculpture park, adjacent to the Saguaro National Park. Enjoy the quietness of the desert in a safe environment located at just 35 minutes from downtown Tucson. Because of the refinement of the interior design, we cannot accept any pets in the Time Capsule. However, service animals are welcome. Please note that check-in is in-person only and not later than 10:00 PM.

The building was built around a John Wayne museum in the 1950's, but converted into three 1,200 sq. ft casitas in 2023. The unique décor in the space is locally sourced, creating a vintage ranch vibe surrounded by Ocotillo. It is perfect for travelers looking to relax in the Sonoran Desert.

This is a lovely (single-family residential use) home that is located next to other homes in track-style development. The home has 10-foot ceilings. The floor plan of the house is open and roomy. The home's flooring is part ceramic tile with carpet in the bedrooms. We are located on a dead-end street. No thru traffic. The backyard faces an open common area desert. Sometimes you will see coyotes, javelinas, and roadrunners. You will see lots of birds, rabbits, and quail.
