Surely i will come again, I love the place. Quiet neighborhood even on Hari Raya. The house is clean, well maintained, can cook, can watch u tube, netflix etc. the host provide more than enough for me. i felt like home, plus i love the mini pool & the ambiance is very relaxing.

The place was incredibly clean, well-maintained and price was very reasonable.

Very comfortable place. Bed and pillows were extra comfy. Nice and quiet. Convenience store and fast food restaurant available downstairs.

Alisa’s place is perfect up to 4 pax. She provides enough utensils and cutleries and suitable for a family to cook dinner . She is also very responsive to our questions and request . My friends and I are very happy to stay there and would recommend it to our family and friends

Amazing Family Stay with a Private Pool – Unforgettable Experience! Our family had a fantastic time at Ocean Villa! The private pool was definitely a highlight—our kids spent hours swimming and playing while we relaxed poolside. It made the whole trip feel extra special and private. The villa was spotless, spacious, and perfectly set up for families. We felt right at home with everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a safe, peaceful environment. Check-in was super easy, and the host was kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The location was quiet but close enough to restaurants and shops, which made it super convenient for a family trip. This place offered great value and created beautiful memories for us. We’re so glad we chose Ocean Villa and would absolutely love to come back again! Thank you Ocean Villa ❤️

It was beyond surprise the house was far better than the previous bad reviews given. The house was spick and span, well maintained and very comfortable to live in. I would definitely come for this house for my next visit.

The host was very friendly and attentive. My suggestion was to replace the kitchen utensil and clean the spiderwebs near the staircase. But the place is amazing!! Very big space for full family. Our bbq experience was amazing! Everything was provided and very close to nearby store/supermarket/diy/etc.

Great stay at this part of Kundasang. The place had a fantastic view (clear view of mountain) and well-pathed stairs to the stream nearby the house - zen & private. The airbnb was easy to find, and the host had great communication throughout. The house comes with plenty of wood elements creating cozy & natural atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

I would firstly like to express my gratitude to the host & his staffs for accommodating and helping. Apart from that, the stay was amazing. With what the apartment offers, the place is also relatively cheap and affordable for a 5 pax apartment. The check-ins was easy and flexible at any time as they will place the keys on their mailbox and the host provided clear instructions for check-ins making the process smooth. The apartment itself was cozy and comfortable, had all the basic necessities. One thing to note would be the amazing view that the apartment offers. We enjoyed the sunset view of KK very much. In conclusion, the stay was an amazing, the apartment had a few cafes/restaurant downstairs. If you're looking for a simple and comfortable stay, please consider this place.

Great place. Responsive owner. They are adding swimming pool and jacuzzi! Facilities that are not included in the picture are BBQ pit & a stage with spot light. Recommended 👍👍

The villa itself is beautifully maintained, and the cleanliness is top-notch, creating a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The surroundings are absolutely breathtaking, with lush greenery and a peaceful ambiance that immediately puts you at ease. And of course, the highlight is the stunning view of Mount Kinabalu – waking up to that majestic sight every morning was truly a highlight of my stay. If you’re looking for a serene getaway with incredible views, excellent service, and immaculate facilities, Komfy Villa Kundasang is the perfect place to unwind. Highly recommended!
