Had a fantastic weekend here celebrating for a hen weekend! The place was perfect to accommodate a large group, big enough for communal socialising but also enough private spaces. Cathy was fantastic at communicating and was happy to provide extras where needed. Brilliant location, stunning views and easy to get to Cambridge centre! Would definitely stay here again.

The property is tucked away but we found it pretty easily as the instructions were very helpful. The cottage was perfect as a base for us and has some thoughtful touches such as lots of towels, and tea, coffee and other essentials.

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

Very peaceful stay , Andrea has allowed for the less prepared , and supplied every you might have forgot or not thought about, along with a honesty box. We always come prepared so not needed but impressed with her planning The weather was perfect and there are some great walks near by along with a 7.5 mile circular walk right on the door step. Great WiFi and plenty channels on a good TV we used the apps for our normal viewing on the evenings while there. There is a local butchers across the road that did a fantastic pork pie although we bought 2 Ribeye and 2 sirloin stakes and unfortunately they were very poor with little flavour which is a shame Great location and home plenty space to park and a great way to recharge

We had a great week in Baldock at Malex's beautiful home! Lots of space and 2.5 modern bathrooms with big tub was nice. Easy train to London and Cambridge with a short walk to/from the station. Plenty of nice town & nature walks around Baldock. Make sure to check out Day's Bakery for fresh-baked pastries and sandwiches. Malex was very kind to meet us on arrival to show us around the property, but respects your privacy and is available only if you need help with anything. WiFi was solid, kitchen well appointed and modern, heating warm in chilly February, comfortable furnishings, laundry in-home if needed. Definitely would stay again and highly recommended as the perfect base for exploring Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. Thank you Malex! Gary

We had a lovely time at Jo's house. It was perfect for our trip. We are a family with three children 10-8-6 and a dog. We travelled by train and bike so the location close to the station and the centre of Cambridge was perfect. A very large M&S and Asda are also around the corner. Parking is free outside the house, although we did not use it. The house is small but large enough for a family. It has a small attractive garden. There is a separate dining room, which we used for lunch and supper; we had a rolling breakfast in the kitchen. The living room has enough space to watch TV. There is one bathroom with a bath/shower. There was plenty of hot water if we used the booster. The girls had a twin room and our boy had a single on the first floor; both had enough storage for clothes. The top floor has a larger attic room with a small double and single, plus a sunny terrace. The house is not a typical AirBnB. It is creaky, full of character and interesting books. I recommend it.

An amazing stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located with everything you need nearby. The host was super responsive and thoughtful—every detail felt intentional. The space looked even better in person than in photos, with comfy bedding and a well-equipped kitchen. Felt just like home! Highly recommend, and would love to stay again!

Such a lovely little cottage. So tidy and clean. Lovely little personal touches too to welcome you. The hosts were really friendly and helpful for us checking in. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be back!

This was the perfect place for our family! The house was spacious and modern, with many amenities. The decor is colorful and fun, and there were so many books and toys and parks close by to keep my three kids very happy! I loved being able to cook dinner (with lots of storage space cleared out for our food) but the convenience of shops and restaurants by a five minute walk was fantastic. Lindsey was a great host and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay in this family-friendly and quiet area. The flat is clean and well-maintained, and the host was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The large Waitrose within walking distance is very convenient. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is no lift in the building, which can be challenging if you have a lot of luggage. Overall, a great place to stay with no complaints.

I am a returning guest for the best part of a year and a half. Every stay is as good as the last. Sharon is a wonderful host and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended 👍🏻

What a find Gaby and Susie’s cottage is a gem set in the most beautiful well loved garden . The cottage was warm and cosy and above all very peaceful . Minutes away from the park and ride into Cambridge and close to national trust Wimpole estate a must see. Everything you needed was in the kitchen the bed was very comfy after a long day sightseeing .A amazing welcome pack was there on arrival thank you for the chocolate bunnies and a great three days .

Tim was a great host. He was there to meet us and the cottage had everything we needed. What a wonderful cottage the atmosphere is calm and relaxed and we all wished we had had more time there than our 3 nights.

The place was clean, neat, beautifully decorated and homey. The bed was comfortable. I would recommend this place and would certainly consider staying here again.

We were met upon arrival and shown to our room. Everything was explained to us and if we needed anything just to ask. The property is very easy to find and was just as you see in the photos. Royston is a lovely town with nice restaurants and a Tesco had lots to look around and had the perfect access to Cambridge. We had a lovely time.

Lovely place to stay, gorgeous garden and flowers outside, on a very peaceful road, could hear the birdsong. The room was spotless and Ann had very kindly left bread and milk for us. Everything we needed was there. Room is nice and bright. As we'd had a really early start we very much appreciated being able to check in a little earlier than normal. John and Ann were both very kind and friendly . Would highly recommend as a place to stay

I stayed with my parents-in-law and children for three days, and it was a satisfying experience for everyone. Sally was incredibly responsive to our questions and requests, which was a great help. Both the interior and exterior were excellent, but what impressed me the most was how well-maintained the house was—it upheld a level of cleanliness comparable to that of a hotel. It is one of the best Airbnb accommodations I have ever stayed in, and I would recommend it to anyone

Lovely faultless experience. Spotlessly clean, comfortable furniture. Big TV, well equipped kitchen. Loaf of bread, milk, butter and jams provided and even a box of After Eights. Sadly I had brought everything as I didn’t expect these to be provided but a lovely touch. Off street parking in a quiet sleepy village. Can highly recommend.

We stayed at Andrew & Edwina's place the last week of April 2025. The hosts were very communicative and helpful throughout the process. The flat looked like the pictures and was in a good location. It was an easy walk to the city center, groceries, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend their flat to anyone interested in staying in Cambridge.
