I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

The place was spacious and had lots of fun games available. The little theater room was great and even had a game console with games available to use. Bathroom and kitchen were stocked with nice extra amenities (popcorn, snacks and a full bathroom kit in case you need it). Definitely plan on booking this place again when the pool opens!

This home was perfect for our family! It was super clean and cozy. We were traveling with our toddler and they were very accommodating and brought us baby gates for the stairs. The labels on the doors and cabinets were also very helpful. They even had waters and snacks for us. The location is great and near lots of shops and restaurants. We were staying close to family nearby. Will definitely stay again next time we are in town!

John is a friendly, delightful, and helpful host! His house is spacious, fun, and perfect for family gatherings! Highly recommend!

My stay was everything I hoped for. Descent and pleasant ppl who are on top of there business for starters. The house was very accommodating. Game room, hot tub and bar area was invigorating. Id recommend this Airbnb with no hold up.

G was a great host. Responded quickly and helped us out when we needed it. After a scheduling mix up he did everything he could to accommodate us. He was very friendly but left us alone unless we reached out with questions. The sunroom was bright and cheery (could use some blinds so we could see the tv, we hung a blanket one afternoon). Bathrooms, towels and linens were clean and the house was tidy and roomy! Walking distance to some good restaurants.

Matthew was an excellent host and very responsive. Having a 5 bedroom home to stay at in Royal Oak is a rare find. Perfect house for a large family to stay. I would definitely come back.

Craig was very responsive to my questions and good at communicating overall. He provided great info and easy instructions from the beginning. The place was very clean when I walked in and has a nice sized living room. It was very easy to get in and to lock up when leaving. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils you need, with some additional supplies for comfort. The two bedrooms were a bit compact, but not cluttered and had nice beds and clean linens. Also had outlets that were easily accessible for your charger or laptop if needed. The neighborhood itself is very residential and has a nice community vibe. I really appreciated having a driveway to park in, as it made it easy to unpack the car, and you never had to worry about finding a parking spot. The only downside is there was an upstairs tenant who made loud noises while walking around. Overall, I would stay here again and as I said, Craig was very good at keeping an open line of communication.

We stayed at Gheorghe’s home during our son’s UM graduation week. We were only there for sleeping and coffee/breakfast in the mornings, but it was great for our needs. The drive from Ann Arbor was short and easy and worth it for the better price than rentals closer to UM.

House is located in a quiet neighborhood, lots of space, adequate parking and had all the amenities we needed! Host is very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and will book again for future stays!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Great privacy, cozy house and we loved the amenities of the fire pit and paddle boat. It was perfect for bringing our little one too, with a crib and toys available! We should have brought binoculars for all the cool birds and ducks we saw. There were even swans on the lake! I wish we could have stayed longer. The nearby town of Holly looks like it came straight out of a hallmark movie! It was so cute and had really amazing antique stores as well as some really great little restaurants we were able to try. I would move to this area in a second if I could!

The Windsor Castle was perfect for our stay. We were 5 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. The rooms were spacious and the little details were really appreciated (fresh flowers)! All the amenities were exactly as expected and we did enjoy the sauna for a few minutes! The neighborhood was quiet which is exactly what we were looking for. Good pubs and conveniences were very walkable. I would recommend this location and hosts if going to Windsor.

I stayed at Janice's lovely Plymouth AirBnB during my graduation weekend from UofM. The house fit all 5 of us super comfortably. It was clean and had everything we needed! It was quite easy to get to Ann Arbor from the location. The neighborhood was peaceful. Janice is super responsive! I would definitely recommend this AirBnB.

Krista was very accommodating with a short notice check in, and she was very responsive during the process. The house was perfect for our family, and we enjoyed the private deck with a view of the lake. Kitchen had all the items we needed to cook meals. and the grill was an added bonus. Beds and furniture were very comfortable.

Loved the stay… in town for our son’s wedding and Gabe’s house offered us a nice place to visit with our family… loved it!!!

Quiet home, easy for us to get to and near the highway. We were able to get groceries delivered through Shipt without issue, and the kitchen was stocked well enough with pots, pans, and dishes to cook some meals. A basket of snacks was provided. The house was very comfortable and had all we needed, except we had to buy more dishwasher pods to run the dishwasher daily as only two were provided. With fall some beetles found a way into the house, but that is not too remarkable considering it was an old historic home. Our group of 6 had enough space. Communication was proactive and helpful. We had a wonderful visit and would stay again.
