Just a 10 minute walk to the train station and centre of town, we are ideally located for visits to the town, Bath, Bristol & beyond. Excellent Wifi connection & flat screen TV. Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Delightful shepherds hut in rural location

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic shepherds hut in a vast garden in the village of Hilperton, 30 min drive from Bath & 15 min drive to Bradford on Avon. The hut sleeps 4, a Kingsize below and double on top but preferably only 2 children or 1 small adult on the top bunk. Extra child mattress & sleeping bag under the bed. There is a 5 min walk across a field to the Kennet and Avon canal with beautiful walks in either direction. The hut is situated in a private spot in our family garden.

A lovely private annex in a village location, 1 bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with walk in shower, living room/kitchenette with single electric hot plate stove, fridge, microwave, smart Tv/free sat: complimentary tea/coffee-cornflakes with either porridge or muesli.There is a small patio and parking for 1 car. The West Wing

Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

Not quite a barn and not really a cottage, to let. Therefore, a "Barnlet"! Lime Barnlet is 1 of 3 barnlets which are individually self contained or ideal for a group of 3 couples, all set in the gardens of our house. Bedroom, bathroom, fitted kitchen and living area! Great base for Bath - a short car or train journey away. Loads of walks, beautiful countryside and close to Longleat ( 7 miles). Simple, cosy space. Perfect for a couple looking to get away from all things busy...

“Through the Willows” is a luxurious self contained cabin room set in the 4.5 acres of our Tudor farm. It has a super king bed, bathroom with shower, seating area, smart TV and a good sized table to have breakfast. There is a small utility area with a fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and a KitchenAid toaster and kettle. A breakfast basket is provided. Give yourself the weekend off cooking and walk into historic Bradford on Avon with its wonderful restaurants and pubs.
