The apartment has a designated parking area, a private covered outside entrance, and it's own patio with table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy small town America and the surrounding views.

It features a modern kitchen, family room, dining room, loft, three bedrooms (two queens/one king) each with a private bath, sitting area, and Smart TV. The loft area has a queen size sofa sleeper and Smart TV. Walking distance to town park, restaurants, and grocery stores. On-site host resides in basement.

Barndominum style home finished in 2019. Sits alone on 50 acres with picturesque views of the mountains and overlooks the Panguitch Valley. Private entrance and living space including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen and a living room. One king bed and one queen so the space can comfortably sleep 4. Close access to Bryce Canyon, Red Canyon, Panguitch Lake, Cedar Breaks, Brian Head, Duck Creek Village, Escalante National Monument and much more.

Kate's Place

Located in Tropic, Utah 3 blocks off of hwy 12 and 8 miles from Bryce Canyon, Utah is Kate's Place. The population is around 600 and is a beautiful area complete with horses, moo cows, sheep and beautiful green fields and golden mountains ready for exploring. I live on the premises (not with you) which is convenient for you if you need anything. Access to two bedrooms, sitting room (with TV- W-fi) and bathroom, NO FULL KITCHEN BUT SNACK AREA WITH SNACKS, COFFEE, TEA, WATER.

We are located only 20 mins scenic drive to Bryce Canyon NP, 10 min drive to Kodachrome Basin State Park and right at the door step to Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, 1.5 hrs drive to Capitol Reef NP, 1.5 hrs to Zion NP as well as many other great surrounding places to visit!
