The owner was very kind, decorated for Christmas and always available to help with anything we needed. We could make many beautiful memories!! We would love to come back here again!!

The home was perfect for our situation. In the area for work. Quiet, space for my crew, ample parking. Fully stocked kitchen, 2 refrigerators. Plenty of everything. Will absolutely stay here again

Was a great place to stay. Only issue we ran into is the bbq didn't want to light on the right side which was a bummer.

We checked in at night, and it was easy. I wish they had lights up the driveway to help with the potholes, like they had on other parts of their property. Other than those holes, it was a great stay! The kids had a blast with the pool.

I’m so thankful we were able to stay here! This house was exactly what my family of 4 needed for the week. We were hoping to find peace, rest and relaxation and that’s exactly what were able to get! The size of the peppery was perfect and the distance to everything was also perfect!! So so thankful and hoping we’ll be able to stay there again!

Kathy and her team were very friendly and communicated well. The house is beautiful and relaxing. The kitchen had more utensils and amenities than any other vacation rental I have ever stayed in. The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor space was perfect! We had a family emergency while we were there and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Thank you so much!

We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb in Redding. The home was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy, and we appreciated the little touches like coffee, snacks. The location was perfect—quiet neighborhood, yet just minutes away from Sundial Bridge, great restaurants, and scenic spots like Burney Fall, Whiskeytown Lake and Lassen Volcanic National Park. A local festival Glowing Wild was a beautiful event near sundial bridge. Our host Dennis was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze and offering great tips for exploring the area. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Redding.

This past weekend, I rented a house for our group, and I must say, with my extensive experience in finding vacation homes, this choice was absolutely spot-on. The location is ideal—within a 10-minute drive, you have access to shops, convenient trailheads, the city center, and more. The house itself is entirely wooden inside, creating an incredibly cozy and inviting atmosphere. It was impeccably clean, and for the first time, I encountered a whole basket of house slippers for guests—emphasizing the home’s cleanliness and attention to detail. The windows offer a majestic mountain view. The large windows flood the house with natural light, and combined with the wooden interior, it feels like a fairy tale. There are plenty of sleeping arrangements, additional rooms, and dining areas—ideal for a large group. As someone with experience organizing hikes and trips with large groups, I wholeheartedly recommend this house for your next getaway.

Charles and Elizabeth were great hosts. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was beautiful really clean very comfortable felt right at home. I would highly recommend this little getaway. This is our second stay there and plan to stay there again in the future in the location was perfect for my event that I attended

Always a great little place to stay for my work week trips and very clean and private. Close to town for any needs and hosts are always nice and responsive.

My son and I were traveling seeing different colleges along the west coast. Heading south we needed a place to rest our heads. We found this property on AirBNB and was quickly approved. The beds were comfy and the area was quiet.

Such a great stay! The house was super well set up—everything was easy to find, and it just felt really comfortable and thoughtfully put together. You can tell a lot of care went into making it feel like a home. Big bonus: it's pet-friendly! Our dog absolutely loved it—plenty of space to relax and explore. We really appreciated how welcoming the space was for both humans and pups. Would definitely come back!

I loved staying here. I wish i had more nights! I felt right at home and it was very much like the photos with all the amenities, very clean and well looked after and felt the love that the owners put in this place. Michelle was very friendly and I was grateful for her local recommendations. I would very much recommend this place. It’s less than 5 min from restaurants and shops in Mt. Shasta!

Host was very responsive and helpful. Such a pleasure to stay in this beautiful home. Everything you could possibly need and nice extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. Pool is beautiful and jacuzzi was inviting even though we didn’t have a chance to enjoy. Loved sitting in the back yard and relaxing. All one level with split bedrooms…two on each side of living area. Very quiet for all the family to rest. Two living areas…one for relaxing and visiting, the other with a large smart TV and family space. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe for walking. Hope we can come back again!

What an absolute joy it was to stay at Grippers! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at peace, relaxed, recharged, and so grateful for this little slice of paradise.The setting is beyond magical. we felt like we had stepped into a dream. The sound of the river flowing, birds singing, and the earthy scent of the jungle air made every moment feel grounding. It’s the kind of place that instantly slows your heartbeat and reminds you how good it feels to just be. The cabin itself was spotless, organized & cozy. So many of my friends asked for the link after seeing our videos, they couldn’t believe such a gem existed! Grippers is the kind of place you want to keep a secret, but it’s too special not to share. Thank you for opening your incredible home to others, it truly felt like a gift.We’re already dreaming of our return We’ll definitely be back!

Had a great time staying riverside for our annual fishing trip. House was fully stocked with necessities. House was very clean on check in. Easy check in and out.

We absolutely loved this place. The layout of the house is unique - with the four bedrooms and three bathrooms, we were able to spread out and be very comfortable. We will be back!

Perfect place for our family to call home base while we attended all of our daughter’s graduation events at Simpson University. If we come back to Redding, we will check for availability here first!

I highly recommend this accommodation. Lauren consistently demonstrated kindness and was very supportive with any requests we had. The location is exceptionally convenient, being centrally situated. The property was meticulously tidy and clean throughout. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

Lawrence and Kym's place is a hidden gem! the place felt right at home and very cozy. they have a wood burning fireplace that we enjoyed. the kitchen was so clean and had everything we needed. the entire house was really clean and comfortable. the place is a 1hr 45 min drive from Redwood but you can just hang out at Humboldt too. the hosts were super responsive to my texts. they made staying there a breeze. 10/10 would recommend again. thank you to Lawrence and Kym!
