Berlea is a beautiful flint cottage situated on the Paston way, 200m from North Norfolk’s wonderful coast path. A great selection of pubs, restaurants and cafes locally, with a brilliant bus service. National trust properties to visit, plus Cromer is a 10min drive away, steeped in history with its amazing pier theatre. Set in stunning countryside, surrounded by nature, with fabulous beaches and walks from this cliff top location. Includes off street parking & guest garden along with log burner.

Extremely comfortable, newly refurbished four bedroom home in walking distance of beach and village. Secluded Eco Lodge nestled in a rewilding meadow

Secluded Sunhouse situated at the bottom of a large 2 acre garden. The house is surrounded by a conservation area and there are beautiful walks to the coast from the doorstep. Yet it is only 1/4 mile from a train station & Suffield Arms. The Sunhouse: open plan self contained living space, which comprises of a kitchen diner & Lounge / sleeping area, with a wood burner. There is a bathroom with shower. Depending on the time of year you visit it will be in different stages of growth and bloom.

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

Belle Vue

Situated with an area of outstanding natural beauty in the village of Trimingham near Mundesley, Norfolk is Belle Vue, a characterful two bedroom cottage. Enjoying sea glimpses from the rear as well as a fantastic location close to the beach and within driving distance to the Norfolk broads. Belle Vue is a wonderful base for a family break, inviting four guests and two well behaved dogs. Benefit from off-road parking for one car at the rear before entering through the front.

The Nest - Perfect coastal bolthole

The Nest is the perfect holiday cottage in Mundesley for two people. It is a private apartment to the owners, Ray and Barbara’s, home. They are looking to welcome guests to The Nest and will be on hand if you need them and if you don’t, they will respect your privacy. Perfect for single travellers who want privacy but not be isolated. Mundesley is a bit of a secret jewel in the Norfolk coast. A perfect sandy beach and a vibrant village centre. Not suitable for children

The Loft

The Loft is an independent self contained apartment overlooking the gardens at Well Cottage on the village green. Perfect location to visit multi award winning Gunton Arms and the Suffield Arms ( 1 mile away ). Also within easy distance of the Norfolk Coast, Norfolk Broads, and City of Norwich. National Trust properties are a short drive away, as well as the wealth of beautiful Norfolk beaches and Cromer Pier (with its pier shows and famous Cromer crabs).
