Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Dragonfly Cabin is positioned next to our home overlooking the peaceful wooded valley just a short walk from the river and St Nectan's Glen waterfall We are just 2 miles from King Arthur's Tintagel and the harbour village of Boscastle. Rocky Valley towards the sea and Bossiney Cove (ideal beach for swimming) are just 30 minutes walk away and you can't leave without having a drink at The Port William, Trebarwith Strand with it's sea views Also nearby is Port Isaac, Rock, Bude and Bodmin moor.

Carpenter's Cottage, Bossiney

Carpenters Cottage is a peaceful, and comfortable hideaway between Tintagel and Boscastle. The cottage is fully equipped for self catering and is perfect for anyone who loves to be near the sea and is particularly good for walkers. There is off road parking for one car and lovely walks straight from the cottage to the South West Coast Path, Bossiney Cove, St Nectans Glen, Rocky Valley, Trebarwith Strand, Tintagel and Boscastle. There are plenty of places to eat out in the centre of Tintagel.

The nearest beach is located at the bottom of the picturesque Trebarwith Valley with nearby parking, or is only half an hour on foot via country lanes and footpaths. A great base for exploring Tintagel, Boscastle, Port Isaac and Bodmin Moor. Manu Propria has been inspected and approved by Quality In Cornwall, who work in partnership with Visit Cornwall, Cornwall's official Tourist Board.

But if you can drag yourself away from this little gem it's a great place to explore North Cornwall's diverse delights from.

There are pubs, restaurants and shops in Tintagel along with the historic castle with stunning new bridge. Port Isaac, Boscastle, Bude, Padstow and Bodmin Moor are only a short drive away You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the location, and the views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, 2 or 3 sharing friends, and pets.

You can walk across the meadows to Tintagel Castle, village pubs & cafes galore! Explore the lane up to National Trust land and the dramatic coastpath where you can head southwest for 3/4 of a mile to Trebarwith Strand or head in the other direction to Bossiney Beach, Rocky Valley & famous Boscastle Harbour.
