The cabin enjoys far reaching views across the surrounding countryside and the neighbouring fields provide a sanctuary for a herd of retired horses. Popular nearby attractions include The Eden Project, Boardmasters (Newquay) and The Lost Gardens of Heligan - all within a 30 minute drive away.

"The Lodge" is a wood built studio flat in the village of Fraddon in mid Cornwall, 5 mins from the main trunk road (A30), Fraddon is surrounded by the towns of Newquay, St Austell, Bodmin and the city of Truro, locally there is a good pub in walking distance, there are many takeaways within walking distance, a retail park is a 5 minute drive away where there is a Pub/Mcdonalds, M&S and more, close by is a lovely nature trail locally across the moors if you like a good walk or cycle.

The property provides a Living Room/Kitchen downstairs and a Bedroom and Shower Room upstairs. Everything that is needed for a self catering holiday. It is a rural setting with farms dotted around and horses are often in the field next to the Barn. A great place to relax & unwind any time of year.

WiFi accessible. No TV. Separate, side gate access. Parking on driveway or on road immediately outside side gate. Close to Porth Beach and Chester Road shopping precinct. There is no carbon monoxide alarm, as no gas connection. There are however, the necessary fire alarms and extinguishers.

Our timber studio is perfect for those looking for a base whilst exploring Cornwall. It’s situated at the bottom of our garden with beautiful rural views yet only a 10min drive from the stunning North Cornish coast and 2mins off the A30. The studio has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge and gas hob, king sized bed and shower room. It has its own central heating so is lovely and snug even in winter! Guests can sit outside on the patio and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Dogs considered.

Watergate Bay, Mawgan Porth and Bedruthan Steps are all just a short drive away.

Indian Queens has good bus links to towns such as Truro,Newquay, Wadebridge, and is the perfect base for exploring Cornwall. Newquay airport is a 15 minute drive.
