Situato al 3 piano l'appartamento è luminosissimo, dotato di ogni comfort, con un soggiorno/camera da pranzo con balcone che si affaccia sul mare e uno spazioso un angolo cottura con ripostiglio. Nella zona notte una grande stanza da letto con spaziosi armadi, secondo balconcino e bagno interno che guardano il centro storico. Secondo bagno completo di doccia esterno alla camera. Questo non è un appartamento pensato per essere affittato. L'ho da poco ristrutturato in stile contemporaneo per potermi riservare con mia moglie alcune fughe dalla routine nella nostra amata Porto Alabe. Al contempo, sono orgoglioso di condividere quella meravigliosa vista tramonto con le persone che, come me, amano quella leggera sensazione di libertà e stupore. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, in modo che non dobbiate pensare a cosa portarvi dietro, ma solo a godervi il relax.

È il più grande di due piccoli appartamenti attigui -con ingresso indipendente- di una casa di campagna realizzata nel 2019, Sa Canistedda. Sa corbe può ospitare un massimo di 4 persone. Al piano terra ci sono la zona giorno e il bagno; il soppalco ospita la zona notte. La veranda è dotata di una comoda doccia esterna ed è ideale per pranzi e cene all’aperto. Il giardino e l’area gioco possono essere condivisi.
