Wander- und Bikewege sowie die Skipiste gleich neben dem Haus, falls genug Schnee und die Piste präpariert ist. Der Bahnhof Davos-Laret und er Schwarzsee ist in nur 10min zu Fuss erreichbar. L’aspetto semplice dell’esterno, affacciato sul vigneto (siamo nella sottozona della Sassella), nasconde ambienti interni ampi, curati e funzionali, in armonia con lo spirito della valle. Concepita e curata in ogni particolare per chi, come noi, ama la natura, ma anche il giusto confort.

Ivana, la padrona di casa, abita al piano superiore, a cui accede da ingresso separato sul retro della casa. Dotata di riscaldamento tramite stufa a pellet.
