Yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. When you book you'll see that HST is added to your nightly rate and cleaning fee, and a Municipal Accommodations Tax is added to your nightly rate only. Stays longer than 29 days are exempt from both of these taxes.

Guests have their own cozy studio apartment, which is private and located on the ground floor with their own entrance. It does Not include the entire cabin. Has a kitchenette with BBQ outside. The Log Cabin is directly across from the Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.
