Lynton itself is on the edge of Exmoor and the South West Coast path so it is ideal for walks

This is the original Barbrook schoolroom built by the Methodists in 1870 - a large airy groundfloor space with tall windows looking out across the valley. It is now a romantic hideaway for two - an elegant but comfortable open-plan apartment featuring log stove, large bed, and window seats, plus underfloor heating, modern well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and smart TV. It's an ideal base from which to explore all the pleasures of Exmoor by the sea, and your hosts are just next door if needed.

Excellent for bird watchers, the Valley is also home to a large variety of Butterfly species including one of the UK’s rarest butterflies, the High Brown Fritillary.

Bluebeard’s Rest at Heale Moor Farm is situated in the peaceful hamlet of Heale along a single-track no through road. Located within Exmoor National Park and a short distance from the historic village of Parracombe where the local pub and community shop can be found. Easy access to the moor and numerous footpaths, including trails to Heddon Valley and Heddon’s Mouth. A short drive to the beautiful North Devon Coast and many beautiful beaches. Lynton and Lynmouth are a 20 minutes drive.

Riverside cottage is located on our 100 acre family farm. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet 'Visit England' 4 star standards. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 plus a cot, a standard size double, super king size double and a further super king double which can be made into two single beds. The Cottage has ample car parking and is smoke free. We do welcome pets in Riverside and outside there is fenced courtyard garden of you and your pets enjoyment.
