Light, spacious open plan living room with dining table and well equipped kitchen. A comfy sofa next to the wood burning stove is great for cosy evenings. Wilton Mill Farm is set beautiful Cornish countryside with walks to Looe, Polperro and Talland Bay. Great local pub and shop are just a short walk away.

Our beautifully restored Long Barn provides bright spacious, accommodation suitable for families or groups of friends. Situated in a peaceful rural location close to stunning National Trust Beaches and breath taking walks. Relax under the stars at night in our woodfired hot tub or sauna, cook marshmallows over an open fire or pizza on one of our pizza nights. Help us feed the animals in the mornings. There is a large rustic barn with badminton, table tennis and lots of outdoor space.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Outside there are several seating areas overlooking the valley and sea, beautiful lawns and lots of gardens to explore

The Cottage at Trevelyan -rural Cornwall

The Cottage is within the grounds of our home, Trevelyan, in a beautiful rural part of south east Cornwall. Coming by car is essential. It is an old farm building, sympathetically converted using the available space. The shower room is compact but perfectly adequate, there is a bedroom, kitchen/dining room and the living room has folding doors to bring the outside in!
