The Barn is a perfect escape for a couple. A spacious open-plan barn with kitchen and living room, flagstone floor and underfloor air-source heating and an overhead sleeping platform. Stylish self-contained shower room. Large library of books and collection of board games and extensive gardens and grounds. Within a converted stone granary barn at Fox Valley Cottages, Hop is an upstairs apartment with outstanding views of the beautiful Cornish countryside. It sleeps up to five across 2 bedrooms. Hop has an open plan, cosy lounge & dining area. A kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer and all the essentials. Plus bathroom with washbasin, w/c & bath with shower over. Pod style coffee machine available on request. Suitable for a maximum of 4 adults as the top bunk is only suitable for children.

Relax under the stars at night in our woodfired hot tub or sauna, cook marshmallows over an open fire or pizza on one of our pizza nights. Help us feed the animals in the mornings. There is a large rustic barn with badminton, table tennis and lots of outdoor space.

Manor House at Botelet Farm

Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Nestled in a valley in South East Cornwall, staying at Manor offers the chance for a peaceful escape with 300 acres to explore, safe spaces for children to play, chickens wandering free range outside, a trampoline in the orchard, and therapeutic massage and wellbeing workshops.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Primrose Cottage is a truly charming home balancing style and character whilst not compromising on comfort. It is beautifully furnished throughout with so much attention to detail. In the living and dining room the exposed beams and stone walls, along with the wonderful fire place offer a cosy space to relax and dine in. The light and airy family room, leading onto the patio is a lovely social space, open out the doors and allow the sounds of the quaint village of Golant to flow in.

Demelza Cottage, Little Larnick

Recently renovated. Traditional country cottage set in idyllic spot with stunning countryside views. From one of the bedrooms you can wake up to this beautiful view. Lovely walk from the cottage to the bustling fishing town of Looe through the tidal river valley in about an hour. Polperro and Looe are both within 10 mins drive - many restaurants, shops and local crafts. A variety of local beaches to explore all within a 10 minute drive away.

The Cottage at Trevelyan -rural Cornwall

The Cottage is within the grounds of our home, Trevelyan, in a beautiful rural part of south east Cornwall. Coming by car is essential. It is an old farm building, sympathetically converted using the available space. The shower room is compact but perfectly adequate, there is a bedroom, kitchen/dining room and the living room has folding doors to bring the outside in!
