Matt and Chloe were great hosts, communicative and helpful. The house was lovely, modern, private and set amongst the trees. There was a great welcome basket waiting for us with visitor information, scones, jam and clotted cream, tea, milk in the fridge. The bathroom was great, with a good power shower. The beds were very comfortable with lovely bed linen. The weather was not so good but we did manage to use the pool, which was clean and a nice temperature. We visited: Port Isaac, Padstow, Rock, Bodmin jail. A great place to stay, we would not hesitate to book again in the future.

The lodge was in a beautiful setting, perfect for families, a lovely safe environment. The accommodation itself was extremely spacious and spotlessly clean, the bathrooms were lovely, with towels and toiletries included. Upstairs was particularly spacious with amazing views. The hosts kindly provided us with initial provisions, like tea and coffee. It’s a great base to explore the surrounding area, and a lovely space to return to. I would definitely recommend this beautiful holiday home, and would return with my family.

The house was great, spacious, clean, and modern. Pool and hot tub were warm. The location was spectacular, a huge steep hill to the beach at Carbis Bay and a short train or drive to St Ives. Lots of amazing restaurants and plenty to do. I would stay again. A few improvements: -remotes to the outside heaters were missing (they tried, but never found them). - local contact was very helpful, Luxury Coastal emails were not helpful and were slow. I asked for local restaurant recommendations and they said there were lots nearby. Clearly a big company, so there isn’t a personal list of favorites, like at some Airbnbs - house with a pool and hot tub should provide pool towels, ridiculous especially for international travelers to not have this provided -pots and pans were old and all the non stick was scratched, which is cancerous and bad for health - needs wall towel hangers in bathrooms, tissues, and paper towels provided - there is NO DESK or office chair to work from

The home was comfortable, plenty of space, nicely decorated and furnished and just wish we could have stayed longer. Would love to go again.

We had a great family holiday here over the Easter break. The Villa is in a perfect location for exploring Cornwall and there are many wonderful sandy beaches to visit in Newquay, just a short drive away. The Villa is in a very peaceful spot and there was plenty of parking nearby. Communication from the host was brilliant. Elga was very quick to respond to any questions and also the welcome card and biscuits on arrival were nice touches. The kitchen was well equipped and the addition of a washing machine was very handy. We felt right at home. Kids loved the indoor pool and the arcade games. Would highly recommend!

we had an amazing stay at Lorna's place! The house was clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic, close to everything. Lorna's also a great host, very responsive and helpful

A lovely clean, bright, modern property with all the essentials you need. All rooms were a reasonable size and the house was lovely and warm. There is room for two cars to park at this property. The hot tub is a lovely extra (although it is tucked round the side of the property) and we enjoyed using it along with the indoor pool. We also made use of the BBQ and outdoor seating with some late afternoon sun. The location is ideal for exploring the local amenities, towns, villages and beaches and having Talland Bay beach, cafe and the hotel (food is a bit pricey) near by was great.

Robyn’s Sunshine cottage was the cosiest cottage , beautiful inside with stunning surroundings . The log burner was so cosy at night . We had a wonderful bank holiday in Porthleven and will 100% be returning ! Robyn was great with communication and let us know the place was ready early had we already arrived ! Thank you so much

Thank you for the great stay, we were soaking wet in the rain and was worried we will ruin your place but there was everything ready for us to be at home. Dehumidifier and a dryer rack did the trick. The neighbours were lovely and definitely had a peaceful nights rest. Highly recommend.

Beautiful accommodation, comfortable, with reserved parking. Essential but absolutely complete supplies. Perfect for families and/or holidays with the sea 100 meters away. Francesco

We spent the bank holiday weekend here and had a lovely stay. The accommodation was exactly as we expected it to be and ideal for a couple or family. The outside patio was a great bonus with the lovely weather we had. The location is good for coastal walks and exploring the local area. The sea front it only a 5 minute stroll away and great to spend an evening. I would recommend this Airbnb.

Lovely few days with friends. Cosy with the Aga and wood burners and great walk down to Crackington Haven.

What an absolutely lovely property, perfect for eight adults and dogs! Well laid out, comfortable beds and it was lovely to find a really well equipped kitchen. The dogs in particular loved the underfloor heating!! The house is a lovely 10 minute walk to the stunning Daymer Bay and if you continue walking along the coastal path towards Rock you can catch the ferry to Padstow. Rachael was really responsive and provided recommendations for places to eat. Would 💯 recommend!

Location was perfect! Easy access to Carbis Bay and a short walk into St Ives. The view was amazing. Lori was fabulous to deal with. Very responsive and flexible.

Very comfortable attractive accommodation. An interesting area. Walking to the beach is good at low tide, as is the walk to Charlestown. Well located to visit places of interest, and the local restaurants and beaches are well described in the information pack. We had a lovely stay - very comfortable beds and good facilities.

Nancy's was ideal for us, we loved having a sun-trap that backed onto fields (including deer), comfy beds, amazingly quiet nights, a well-equipped kitchen and a free parking space. Nancy is such a lovely host and did absolutely everything she could to help us have a great stay - thank you Nancy, we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else in Kingsand!

Really lovely few days stay. Garden was beautiful with lots of activity from rabbits, squirrels, birds, even a hawk! And definitely signs of badgers too. Lovely house, plenty of space to spread out and some nice walks into the village and to the beach. Valerie extremely accommodating and responsive to any questions.

Highly recommend Victoria’s house. Everything as advertised, even better than the photos show. The house itself is modern, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The house also comes with a very large driveway which was big enough for our 9 seater van. There are shops nearby: Lidl, M & S Simply Food, Asda and Home Bargains. Bus stop is nearby too which can take you to St Ives, Penzance, and Truro. Victoria was lovely, attentive and very knowledgeable of the local area. Great communication from start to finish. Amazing host!!! We had a fantastic time staying at Victoria’s and will definitely be back again!!!

Michelle is an amazing host with a beautiful house. We felt very much at home and enjoyed our stay. Michelle was on hand to help with any questions we had and had thoughtfully made us Easter cakes on arrival. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything that we needed. The location is central and everything is walkable. Well situated for the beach and shops. Bonus to have a large driveway when parking is so difficult to come by in St Ives. Thanks Michelle.

This stay was wonderful. Exactly what our family of 5 needed as we were traveling through Cornwall. Easy, comfortable, and lovely all around!

It was a pleasure to stay in this spacious place, with good amenities around the house. location is good and is well connected. Chloe is a great host and guided us nicely for the pleasant stay.

Stayed at Sam's place for 4 nights during family trip to Cornwall during Easter term holidays. The house is big, neat and having off-road parking. would definitely stay again as it's near to many places by car.
