The Hogstad Homestead

The Hogstad Homestead has been in our family for nearly 70 years. The name is in honor of my great grandparents Ardell&Elaine Hogstad who bought the property in the early 1950's. They raised their two children there and also operated a farm for many years. Since then it has been home to many family members. In 2017 my husband & I had the opportunity to buy it. It was home to us for 5 amazing years where we created many happy memories. We are now ready to share this special property with others!

Arcadia Cottage

Steps away from beautiful Memorial Park w/ activities ranging from swimming, softball, basketball, pickleball, soccer, festivals, weddings or just strolling through the park. This recently renovated home offers 3 bedrooms and bath on the main floor and 1 bedroom and bath on the lower walk out level. Relax and watch your favorite shows on the 50" living room TV or venture down to the man cave where you can enjoy the 70" TV. Enjoy the local community or go for a drive through the nearby bluffs.

The Nest @ Daddy Roy's

The Nest offers a spacious basement apartment newly renovated with bright white walls and new flooring. It features a large open space consisting of a living room, dining area, office area. One bedroom with a queen bed, an extra queen bed is in a cove off of the livingroom, plus a futon. The bathroom has an oversized shower, toilet and sink and is very spacious. Guests can prepare basic meals in the kitchenette with a full fridge, sink, microwave and coffeemaker. Free Wi-Fi is included.

Bright, spacious 3-bedroom farmhouse on 3 acres

Come stay in our recently updated 1800's farmhouse. Situated on 3 acres in a rural setting, this home is the perfect escape while still being centrally located among area attractions. Just 5 miles from the Mississippi, a state park and bike trail, a winery and an orchard, there is an abundance of nearby entertainment throughout the seasons. It is conveniently located between LaCrosse, WI and Winona, MN. WiFi and Roku available. There is ample off-street parking with space for trucks/trailers.

Warner Ranch

Enjoy staying at this family friendly guest house. Outdoor amenities advertised through the app are provided upon prior request. Located on County Q south out of Independence about 3/4 miles. Pricing Base weekday-$150 Base weekend-$175 Cleaning fee-$50 Guest fee-$20 per person per night after 2nd guest. Flexible if communicated ahead of time. Check-in: 3pm Check-out: 11am We have a two night minimum. For one night stays an additional $125 will be charged through the app upon arrival.

Med Park House

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. 4 bedroom 2 full bath house, comes with TV and wifi, pots and pans for cooking, plates, cutlery etc. Pond in the backyard for swimming and fishing, Zipline and waterslide (when water is high enough) private overhang for family get togethers, We also have campers so you may have occasional neighbors! This is country living, nothing fancy but homey and comfy!! As of Oct 2025, we have added a shower house by the pond!

Nestled on 2.5 acres of woods, lawn, and lake shore, our charming lake house offers a peaceful retreat in Galesville, Wisconsin. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the surrounding area, just a 10-minute drive from Trempealeau, the Mississippi River, and Perrot State Park. Winona, Minnesota, and La Crosse, Wisconsin, are just a 20-minute drive away. A scenic drive along the Great River Road is a must, allowing you to admire the river’s splendor and the majestic bluffs.

Our home/cabin is up along the bluffs allowing eagle eye views of the Mississippi River. A perfect quiet place to take everything in. There are three bedrooms intended for large families or group get-aways. Everything is at your fingertips from beaches, to hikes in the bluffs. It is 3 miles south of Winona. While you can see the river, there is easy access to public landing if you choose to bring a boat to partake in the various islands and water sports.

This beautiful house is 3900 square feet, includes eight bedrooms and 4 bathrooms allowing 18 people to comfortably sleep. It features four patio areas, a partially fenced yard, a wheelchair ramp, and handicap-accessible first floor, a large kitchen and dining area, sunroom, 7 TV’s, Wi-Fi, full laundry, free parking, fire pit and beautiful views of the Mississippi River. We welcome dogs as pets only, sorry no cats. One block from Main Street Trempealeau!

Sonney Lodge

Perched on a hilltop in scenic Newcomb Valley, Sonney Lodge provides a quiet, country setting while still only a 10 minute drive to downtown Arcadia. Located on a dead end with a private drive and no through traffic, the lodge features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room and lower level entertainment room. A covered deck wraps around 2 sides of the home offering spectacular views of the surrounding hills and countryside.
