We invite you to enjoy quiet country living at its finest. Located right off of 1-15, our property is right next to the Bear River and adjacent to Bear River Bottoms Hunting Club. Nearby is Hansen Park (1 mile away), Crystal Hot Springs (8 miles away), or Golden Spike National Historic Park (32 miles away). We have a family friendly yard equipped with slide, swings, trampoline and pond stocked with fish/turtles. 1 bedroom, toy loft, and a large family room. Additional beds are available.

Enjoy movies on a 65" screen with surround sound. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and pancake mix for breakfast. Paper products provided; only sink is in the bathroom. This is a private basement suite in our home, so you may hear normal household sounds. Fans, white noise machine, and earplugs provided. 2 vehicles max.

Conveniently located near I-15 and I-84, an hour away from major ski resorts. Great place to stay if passing through or staying awhile.

The Julia is a quaint country cottage built in the 1930s. It is nestled below the Wellsville mountain range in Mendon, Utah. With all the modern amenities, it feels like staying at grandma's house.
