The house, in which the apartment is located, is a cultural-historic preserved building, built in the XVII th. century. The accomodation unit with a private entrance presents a large and comfortable two-stories apartment with a beautifull panoramic view of the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Located just across the City Walls, accommodation is surrounded by lush garden which provides much needed privacy, plenty of space and tranquility. Includes private garage, parking is free (reservation is needed)

BeeVita-Sunset View is a lovely apartment located on a hilly side overlooking the City and blue Adriatic sea. It's recommended to those who don't mind walking up the stairs. Unobstructed view of old town and endless Adriatic sea are at your fingertips. The house is situated on Ploce Gate, one of the Old Town's two main entrances. Despite the fact that we are in the heart of the city, the place feels tranquil and remote.

This charming 35 sq meter apartment located outside the city walls offers wonderful views over both the city and the sea. Everything is in a walking distance but still away from City rush. Private garage parking upon request (reservation is required if available) costs 25 EUR/day .(payment upon arrival).
