The cupboard is equipped with cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, and bowls for your convenience. The Old Town is only a 12–15 minute walk away. A supermarket is just 50 m away, and the bus station is 100 m from the property.

Our private Rooms are placed on the top floor of the Villa, you have a private sea view balcony where You can take a rest ,enjoy the sun on our swimming pool with a sea view or have a glass of wine in peace. :) To get to the Cavtat center you need 10 minutes of relaxing walk along the sea coast. The nearest beach is about 2 minutes walking from the Villa and there are also some fine restaurants and bars to relax.

Sunset cottage is a complitely separate little garden house with a private terrace, quietly positioned in the Lapad Bay area, on one of the main strips of luxury hotels, yet in the heart of lush greenery, below the park of Mala Petka woods, 80 meters from the beach, on direct bus line to the Old Town.
