Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und betreut von Laura (Lucas Mutter). Sie war hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich und bei Fragen oder Anliegen sofort zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist erstklassig - ruhige Lage am Hang mit toller Terrasse mit Meerblick, stilvoll und gut ausgerüstet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung und ihre Gastgeberin bestens empfehlen.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa meravigliosa struttura.... L'accoglienza è stata calorosa,con una cura nei dettagli che fa sentire subito a casa. L'alloggio è arredato con gusto, pulizia impeccabile, confort di altissimo livello. E poi la vera chicca... l'idromassaggio... Lo abbiamo adorato!!! Se cercate un luogo dove sentirvi coccolati, questo è quello giusto. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio a chiunque voglia vivere un'esperienza indimenticabile!! Grazie ancora a Diego e Chiara... La casa di Giovanni è davvero bellissima e spaziosa, perfetta per un soggiorno in compagnia. L’area piscina è fantastica, ideale per rilassarsi e divertirsi. Eravamo in 7 e siamo stati benissimo: gli spazi sono ampi e comodi, e la casa è dotata di tutto quello che può servire. Il barbecue è ottimo, abbiamo grigliato ed è andato tutto perfettamente. Gli host sono stati disponibilissimi e sempre pronti ad aiutarci. Esperienza super positiva, consigliatissima!

I can’t say enough good things about our wonderful hostess, Giordana. She went out of our way to connect us with relatives in the town of Rocca d’Arazzo, and that made our visit to this small Piedmontese town absolutely amazing! Giordana’s beautiful home had plenty of space for our family to spread out and enjoy time together. We loved the private setting close to town and just 20 minutes away from the larger city of Asti. There were plenty of towels and linens and other amenities for us to enjoy during our stay. We will absolutely try to stay here again if we are able to make it make to Rocca d’Arazzo.

Ad un prezzo assolutamente contenuto, abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare per il periodo di capodanno nei quattro appartamenti di Katia, che ci sono piaciuti moltissimo! Le case erano piacevolmente molto pulite e ben curate, con tutto l’essenziale per un ottimo soggiorno in compagnia, anche grazie all’ampio parcheggio a nostra disposizione, molto apprezzato visto che avevamo sette macchine. Grazie ai divani letto comodi, così come i letti e al riscaldamento ben funzionante abbiamo tutti dormito bene. Gli appartamenti sono perfetti per grandi gruppi, noi eravamo in 21 per una sera, e la possibilità di essere in appartamenti adiacenti all’interno dello stesso edificio, per noi è stato perfetto. Il contesto è assolutamente tranquillo e piacevole, ideale per rilassarsi per qualche giorno ed essere a qualche tornante dai primi bar e ristoranti. Consiglio a tutti, anche per grandi gruppi, e ringrazio nuovamente Katia e la sua assistente sul posto, sempre disponibili e chiare!

Un’esperienza bellissima e particolare al ritorno da una gita a Genova. La casa è immersa in un bosco silenzioso, ma è ben fornita di ogni comfort, pulita e nuova. Connessione Wi-Fi super funzionante, accessori cucina, elettrodomestici top, in casa non manca proprio niente. Giorgio ottimo host puntuale nelle risposte gentile e disponibile. Speriamo di tornare presto ! Grazie

Simone ist ein toller Gastgeber, freundlicher Empfang, brachte uns zum Haus, hat alles erklärt und war immer erreichbar wenn es ein Problem gab. Spektakulär ist die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht von La Spezia, allein diese ist der Grund das Haus unbedingt zu buchen. Das Haus selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und man muß schon ein paar Kompromisse machen oder im positiven Sinne, es ist eine ältere Villa mit besonderem Flair.

Giovanni stond ons al op te wachten en we konden eerder inchecken, heel flexibel!! Wat een leuk welkomstpakket 😄. Wij hadden gekozen voor deze locatie ivm makkelijk parkeren, en dat je zo naar de trein kan lopen voor Cinque Terre. We kregen de jacuzzi niet warm maar Giovanni wilde graag langskomen, zelfs om 22.30. Wat een service! Inchecken en uitchecken was zeer flexibel! En een heel vriendelijke host!

Can’t express what a beautiful stay Villa Rafaelli was for my family of 9 adults. It was truly staying inside a piece of history!!! The rooms, the decor, the paintings, the antique pieces—it was just so special! And the outdoor spaces were so incredible and had everything we needed to enjoy! We didn’t leave the Villa during our stay, just enjoying the hot tub and pool and ping pong and views. Leonardo was such a kind and helpful host. He helped us set up amazing Tuscan breakfast and dinner and had a beautiful welcome basket waiting for us. This place was so special. The drive is windy to get there, but 100% worth it. The experience of a life time!

We were a group of 10 including 3 under 15 and found Enrico’s place very roomy and easily able to accomodate us all. The bathrooms were all very clean and the beds were a more traditional Italian style but still comfy. The outdoor area was lovely and where we spent most of our time (as there was no indoor lounge area). Enrico was a gracious host and very responsive to any questions we had. Location wise, the house is easily walkable to the town centre (which is very quaint and picturesque) and to get on and off the autostrade. Would recommend staying here!

O lugar mais incrível que já estive em toda minha vida de viajante!! Quero ter a maravilhosa oportunidade voltar, tudo foi perfeito!!

Matteo’s Airbnb was great. It had everything our family needed to be comfortable for the week. The view is unbelievable and the walk to town is was a beautiful 15/20 min stroll. Matteo was always quick to reply if I had any questions. He is a great host. The outdoor space is also top notch it was wonderful to wake up to some coffee and the view. We definitely will be coming back to stay here. Thanks for having us !!!

Quando si conoscono Paolo e Maria Cristina ed i loro figli Federico e Gianmarco si respira pace e serenità dal primo istante. La loro casa ne è semplicemente la traduzione. Rustica ma allo stesso tempo confortevole ed accogliente. Completa di tutte le comodità, incluso camino, cucina attrezzatissima dove non manca proprio nulla, connessine Internet ottima, televisione, riscaldamento efficiente. Camere silenziose, 3 bagni, pulizia perfetta. La veranda, il prato privato, il gazebo, la piscina e il bosco sono perfetti per rilassarsi. Abbiamo trascorso la settimana di Pasqua in pieno relax. Eravamo in 5 ma la casa può ospitare tranquillamente 7 persone. Castelnuovo è un paesello tranquillo con bar e ristoranti semplici ed economici. La Garfagnana è piena di meraviglie. Grazie Marco e Maria Cristina torneremo con piacere in futuro. Consigliatissimo!!!

Our easter holiday at Corrado's place was WONDERFUL.It's a welcoming and clean typical mountain chalet....Who loves to nature & calmness...Above all our children had great fun with his beautiful garden... Corrado has done his best for us.He is a available & courteous person...As a host he is perfect!!And it was a remarkable vacation!!!!

הייתי עם שתי הילדות שלי (בנות 9וחצי ו11). סוניה הייתה אדיבה, הכניסה אותנו כאילו ואנו בני בית. עזרה מאוד למצוא את המקום, שלחה חבר שיביא אותנו. פינקה בפסטה מעולה שהכינה . הבית קסום, הבריכה ענקית ומפנקת. הייתה פרטיות מלאה לצד דאגה כל הזמן שיש לנו כל מה שאנו צריכים. הבנות שלי ואני היינו בעננים ובטוח נחזור!!! תודה רבה על אירוח מקסים ביער קסום ופרטי.

We had an amazing time. The space was perfect and the surrounding area is incredible. We did not want to leave.
