My family and I (mom and sister) had a great time staying at Phillip's. The house is clean, decorated nicely and well stocked -- Phillip has everything you need on hand, I would even recommend checking in first and seeing what is already provided before going to the store -- There was breakfast food, snacks and drinks for us on arrival which was such a great touch, but all household goods are there for your use as well. Phillip was an amazing and proactive host, you can tell he put forth a lot of effort in turning the Airbnb into a home away from home for his guests. He also has guidebooks that help with picking activities and places to eat if you're not familiar with the area. The location is is not too far from downtown making everything a quick car ride away, the neighborhood was also pretty quiet. If we're ever in the area again we would definitely return if available.

We had a wonderful stay at Grace’s place for our annual girls trip to spring training. The house was amazing, very clean and modern. Stocked with lots of conveniences. Great place to make group meals and chill out. Slept all 8 of us comfortably. The water views were spectacular. Very walkable to the main road where there are some restaurants and ice cream. We had everything we needed!

I stayed at Chuck & Jilla's place for a week in April with my family and had a wonderful stay. The location was peaceful, the house was very comfortable and modern and a convenient location for St Pete restaurant's and the beach's. Our favorite part was the pool and the hot tub. Mark Cleary

We had an absolutely fantastic week at Ryan’s place. It was clean with comfortable beds. Some of the extra amenities we enjoyed: Brita water filter, beach chairs, games, and a large garage, which we used to store our kayak trailer when not in use. The location is perfect if you’re looking to explore Tarpon Springs, and a great base for kayaking spring fed rivers within an hour or two drive. Having the nature trail across the street was perfect for morning dog walks.

Upon arrival at the designated location, we discovered that all items were situated in their proper places. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, and it was well-equipped with everything we required throughout our stay. Ross demonstrated exceptional hosting skills and maintained consistent communication.

Joey was outstanding when it came to any questions we had for the house, very responsive. House is exactly as described and the views are outstanding. Joey even had some extras for our arrival.

What a great place for our stay in the Tampa area. Easy access to the airport, Ybor and other areas of town as well as to the interstate to get to other places in the region. The house was exactly what we needed, very clean and comfortable. The place had so many amenities we didn't even have a chance to try them all. We'll definitely be back our next time in Tampa.

Easy check in & a great location. Bikes were a great amenity that were offered & it was very nice to ride the bikes all over St. Pete’s and Pass A Grill. The one bike’s tire was flat but Lisa had maintenance on site and the gentleman fixed it immediately. Great service & Lisa was responsive. Other great features were the beach wagon, beach chairs, & an umbrella! It made it super easy to get to the beach without having to carry everything. I would recommend adding a cooler to the beach gear for drinks and snacks! My husband & I purchased a styrofoam cooler from the local Walgreen’s & left it there, which may be of use to others. A few things that need maintenance are the water pressure in the bathroom and the outdoor rinsing station. The water pressure in the bathroom was low and the rinsing station outdoors has a crack causing water to spray everywhere! Cottage was much smaller than expected but there were only two of us so we made do! Overall great stay and clean!

This was our second stay at Clearwater Cottages and it was just as great as the first. We love the old Florida charm and it is in a great location that is walkable to the best restaurants. Also walkable to many bars and shopping. The free parking is nice too. As he mentions in the listing, the building is older and has some quirks, but the cottage is adorable and you really are steps from the beach. We also love that we can bring our dogs and the location is near the dog friendly part of the beach. It was a great stay!

This lovely cottage was the perfect location to spend some holiday time with my family. Just steps from the beach with all the amenities you need for a day in the sun. We loved the “Florida” cottage experience and being in such a beautiful neighborhood with wonderful restaurants and a store within minutes. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable and such a relaxing and quiet setting. Unfortunately, we had to leave early and Lisa was responsive and accommodating. We appreciated her hospitality and plan on returning to Pass A Grille and she will be our connection. Thank you Lisa!

Kristin’s guest house is absolutely lovely, clean, and beautifully furnished (provides more than adequate supplies and linens.) She also made sure we had sunscreen and outdoor mosquito repellent…( after all, this is Florida with a lake location, surrounded by lush greenery and occasional mosquitos). But it is so worth it to sit out near the dock in the evening with a glass of wine. And her outdoor patio table looks out on the lake and great for coffee or breakfast. The pictures are exactly like her house. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and many activities. The Dalí museum is about 30 minute drive to nearby St Petersburg and highly recommend it. (About 20 minutes from Moffit Cancer Center which is why we were in Tampa) Kristin is very committed to your having a great experience. Highly recommend this place.

Great gathering place for an extended family to get together. Very short walk to a stunning beach Great for kids. Perfectly located next to a park as well which was great.

It was absolutely beautiful! We wish we could live there. It was just what we needed and so peaceful. Home was beautiful and so were the views. We enjoyed feeding the horses the treats left and sitting on both the front and back porches. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much!
