Had a perfect stay in this place! Everything was cosy and easy. All worked good and Alessandra is an excellent host.

We were exceedingly happy to be able to stay at Tiziana's. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, quality construction through out, the heating & cooling systems were modern, as were the bathrooms. It was as easy walk to numerous markets, the historical areas of Palermo and conveniently located for local bus & tram and to the regional train system.

Besides hospitality and flexibility of our host, we really enjoyed the place, decoration and size of the apartment. We really could feel neoclassicism at its best in this very well maintained place without suffering any technical need of 21st century (like AC, WiFi, washers,...). To make the story complete, owner also has a nice wine yard and we were invited to wine tasting. And not to forget that cosmetic supplies are also done by the same property - very nice set that you can find in 5* hotels.

Rocco è stato un host fantastico, reattivo e preciso nelle indicazioni. L’appartamento era come da descrizione. La posizione è ottima, super centrale e tranquilla.

Had a lovely stay in Capaci! Michaela and Dario were super helpful hosts. The place is large, two separate bedrooms and a large, comfy couch. Kitchen is very well stocked. Fantastic sunset views from the balcony. The beach is near, so is the train which makes it super convenient. We rented a car to explore other parts of the island, the parking spot came in handy. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Wir haben 2 Nächte in Antonio’s Unterkunft verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden! Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Antonio war immer gut per Nachricht erreichbar, sodass die gesamte Kommunikation mehr als super lief! Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, sodass man wirklich alles zu Fuß gut erreichen kann! Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Sandro qui est extrêmement accueillant et serviable. Le logement est très confortable et très joliment décoré ! Sandro nous a très bien accueilli et donné plein de conseils pour visiter Palerme. Nous recommandons très chaleureusement cette location. merci Sandro !

The photographs do not do this place justice. It is much larger and beautiful than the photographs portray. It is enormous. I would estimate that it is at least 1200 ft.². Two bathrooms three balconies three bedrooms and an enormous terrace, that is quiet and private. There is a bar downstairs and you can hear some of that noise at night, but it was not a problem for us.

We were a family of seven, grandparents, parents, three very active boys (ages 6-12). The owner and his wife were gracious hosts, greeting us with Easter time treats. The house and gardens are even more impressive than the description. Our beds were comfortable. The kitchens were well-equipped. We had a mishap and the host generously helped to solve it. You must have a car. The host can recommend excellent beaches and fun things to do We would love to return.

I miei genitori sono stati ospiti da Angelo. La casa è situata in una via tranquillissima, molto caratteristica dove non passano automobili e vicinissima al centro di San Vito. La casa era pulita e aveva tutto il necessario per trascorrere una splendida vacanza. Angelo è stato molto gentile e nonostante non fosse presente ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili e si è sempre sincerato della situazione rimanendo sempre a disposizione in caso di bisogno. Veldig flott sted, men stor leilighet som krevde mye fyring siden vi var der i julen med lavere temperatur. Men, verten leverte godt med ved foran inngangsdøren hele tiden. Nydelig plass, bakgård og basseng område ( pga. temperatur benyttet vi ikke dette )

Petite maison confortable, décorée avec goût, très fonctionnelle et agréable avec ses deux terrasses. La vue sur ce site exceptionnel, entre mer aux eaux cristallines et montagne couverte de fleurs au printemps, est un véritable enchantement! Il y a même une douche à l'extérieur, avec un panorama inégalable! Max a été un hôte extrêmement sympathique, chaleureux, très à l'écoute des remarques ou demandes des voyageurs. Il nous a même fait découvrir des spécialités très appréciées! Grand merci à lui! Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.

L’appartamento ha tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno per una bella e confortevole vacanza. La cosa bella e rara è la terrazza grande, con un bel tavolo grande, dove la privacy è garantita perché è all’interno. L’appartamento è a pochi passi dal centro e dal mare. Pietro è sempre presente al telefono per qualsiasi evenienza. Ritornerò sicuramente!!!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft, fussläufig ein wunderschöner Strand (nicht überlaufen). Perfekter Ort um Palermo und die Umgebung zu entdecken.

L’appartement de Francesca bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement au calme tout en étant à proximité du centre ancien à pied. Il est spacieux, coquet rempli de livres d’art. Rien ne manque! La terrasse verdoyante et fleurie est très agréable. Francesca nous a organisé le transfert depuis l’aéroport, c’était fort agréable du fait de notre arrivée tardive. Nous recommandons fortement cette location. Merci Francesca!

A spacious and charming apartment with a gorgeous view right in the middle of the buzz downtown. It was the perfect way to end our two week vacation in Italy - we especially enjoyed being able to catch up on laundry and enjoy some elbow room for our last nights!

Antonio's accommodation is excellent, it has a very good location. The El Capo market is right next door, and everything else is just a short distance away. Antonio is an excellent host! I recommend it 100%

Stayed here 6 nights, and found all the amenities well stocked, spacious rooms, and really comfortable bedding (soft cotton sheets and plenty of pillows). It was also a quiet retreat for weary touring, so much to see in Palermo. All the basics you need for a great stay are here. Authentic and Sicilian, a good pick and a good host.

Très beau séjour dans ce bel appartement offrant une vue superbe sur Palerme ! Luigi à été très accueillant, nous a même offert une bouteille de Prosseco pour célébrer la nouvelle année. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la rue piétonne où de nombreux restaurants proposent des spécialités et autres ! Merci encore !

Excellent location if you are looking for a central location within walking distance to many of Palermo's main attractions. Massimiliano met us to go to the apartment which is located within the main market, so require a walk through the market to get to it. It is advisable to have luggage with wheels to pull to the apartment. Apartment is located on the 3rd floor of his building (2nd from the top) with a small terrace looking straight out to the dome of the church in front. Our stay was over a weekend, so there was a bit of noise from the bar/restaurant located on the ground floor, but that tapered off around midnight and wouldn't be an issue during the summer if you had the windows closed with the air conditioning running. We were there in April so just left the windows open at night for fresh air. If you are looking for a place in the city, and want to see sites without needing a car, this is a great place.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean, private and quiet despite it being in the middle of the ancient center which is quite active. Giuseppe was very helpful in orienting us to the property and the area. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to experience Palermo.
