This 16x28 cabin is more like a tiny house featuring one bedroom with Queen size bed and full bath including washer & dryer. The great room is one space with all the kitchen amenities, dining room table couch and TV/DVD. Three additional air mattresses extends your sleeping space for up to four more guests. Private one acre, quiet setting just 80 feet off Sunshine Lake. Take advantage of ice fishing for Rainbow Trout in the winter and snow shoes or cross country skiing through wooded trails. Great snow machine cabin too! Summer months are great for non-motorized boats.

Talkeetna Downtown Green House

This little green house is walking distance to downtown Talkeetna. It is on a quiet dead end road perpendicular to the village airstrip. There is plenty of parking in a long driveway next to the house off the road. There is a fire pit and wood in the backyard. It is comfortable for 2 people, however, 4 people could make it work since there is a couch that can be pulled out to a bed. It has a Smart TV with Roku, a full kitchen, W/D, bathtub/shower and wifi. Pets are allowed.

Spacious studio in a quiet Alaskan neighborhood. Full bathroom with subway tiled bath/shower combo for soaking after a long day of fishing. Located just two blocks away from Main Street, enjoy short walking distance to all amenities while having the peace and quiet of a secluded lot. This cozy log home has been recently updated inside from top to bottom including a new kitchen, bathroom and sauna. Enjoy watching planes taking off and landing from the living room windows.

Chum Cabin at Montana Creek & Suana

Our cabin is in a private wilderness setting on a beautiful stream. There is a wood-fired sauna for your use and it’s located a mere 50 yards from the cabin. In mid-July through mid-September salmon often swim by your deck. Our single room streamside cabin rests on the Southfork branch of Montana Creek, built from local spruce and birch. We do not have television or hot running water; our bathroom is a cozy outhouse.
