The apartment resides in an 1890 building, Casa Mandl, and has a gorgeous view of the square, with the Black Church (Biserica Neagra) to the left and the Council House (Casa Sfatului) to the right. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (with door code, without elevator) and features everything one may require for a luxurious stay in Brasov. 39 Casa Pasteur- single studio loft

There are 2 small studios ( approx. 10 sqm each) situated in the vicinity of the Botanical Garden- a very quiet&relaxing area, 10-15 minutes walking distance to the city center. Maximum capacity: 1 person/studio. All of the attic studios have almost the same surface ( aprox. 10 sqm) and the same utilities&facilities. Bathroom in the room&private, with a shower. Please pay attention that they are lofts and the ceiling may be low to some parts of the studios.
