Lovely, beautiful accommodation , clean and cozy. Everything you need and even more 👍 The views from the windows are incredible . Beautiful and tastefully furnished accommodation . The Jacuzzi was a great way to start the day and end it after walking. The hosts responded to messages very quickly , provided a lot of useful information , were responsive and interested in solving problems. Above all praise ❤️ I didn't want to leave) I want to come back when the gardens are in bloom)

We traveled with a family group of nine people and had plenty of space for everyone. And the location was peaceful, as it is about a twenty-five minute walk from the heavily visited tourist spots. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It met our needs well as we visited Venice for a few days, and the owner and manager were very helpful.

Paní Annemarie je skvělá a milá hostitelka. Vybrali jsme si tento dům na naši zimní lyžařskou dovolenou pro čtyři rodiny s dětmi a splnil veškeré naše očekávání. V domě je velká kuchyně s posezením, samostatná televizní místnost a pět prostorných pokojů. Pro děti je připravený stolní fotbálek, šprtec, billiard, pinpongový stůl a mnoho dalších aktivit. Rádi se na toto místo opět vrátíme.

Die Lage ist super – ruhig und charmant und allem in der Nähe, das man braucht. außerdem ganz nah am Piazzale Roma und damit gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist neu, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir waren mit unserem 5-jährigen Sohn dort, die Treppen waren für uns kein Problem – mit kleineren Kindern könnte das aber schwierig sein. Sara war jederzeit gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

the house was much more beautiful than we expected !! very nice and big kitchenette. The locaties near the brigde and the view on Borghetto is outstanding. the swimmingpool was perfect and the host very nice and helpfull. We were even invited for pizza with his friends. We had really a very nice stay !!

Stare da Giulia è stata una vera fortuna, un piccolo nido semplice e curato tra le vigne e gli ulivi. Giulia abita proprio a fianco al nostro alloggio ed è sempre disponibile per qualche consiglio… così ci siamo goduti gite come veri local. E’ stata anche estremamente gentile nella gestione di un piccolo danno che abbiamo causato.

Casa molto bella e funzionale, non in centro paese ma in posizione strategica per visitare, in più o meno un'ora, diversi posti. pulizia impeccabile e host molto gentile. Soluzione consigliata!

Perfect place to stay, stylish and clean with an amazing view from the balcony. The small village is very charming surrounded by forests. Its nicely secluded but the road there is good and quite easy for making day trips from. We recommend the beautiful Lake Toblino, it really is the colour you see online! Alex responded quickly when we had questions.

Mathilde has been a fantastic host, taking care of all the details at all times. The rustic appartment is lovely and the garden is perfect for relaxing or playing table tennis with the family. Ideal for visiting different places in South Tyrol and for excursions - we will be back for sure! We recommend it 100%!

Dear Nicola & Francesco - We have had a wonderful 5 night stay in your home - it is beautifully presented , a location dream - just far enough away from the hustle & bustle of Venice , with local supermarkets x 2 , restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes and 20 mins from St Marks square walking slowly . We’ve used the water buses , walked a lot , seen so much of your beautiful Venice . When we return it will be to your beautiful apartment . Ottima comunicazione, flessibile nel check in, disponibile per qualsiasi domanda e necessità, appartamento Ben riscaldato, pulito ed abbastanza attrezzato. Da tenere in considerazione per chi affitta che non è in dotazione: olio/caffè, il bagnoschiuma/sciampo per la doccia e le servigliete. I rottoli di carta ci sono ma sono limitati. Sotto casa c'è un piccolo negozio dove eventualmente si può comprare quello che serve.

Die Unterkunft war einfach toll .. die Umgebung, das Haus , die Familie Lang war super .. wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt.. tolle Aussichten vom Balkon ( vorne raus ) die Berge 🏔️ ☀️.. einfach alles super .. können wir gut weiterempfehlen.. danke für die schöne Zeit .. wir haben sehr viele und viele Eindrücke mitnehmen können ..

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist von überall gut zu erreichen. Wir wurden zur Unterkunft gebracht und bekamen einige Tipps für die Umgebung. Alle Informationen waren sehr hilfreich. Vielen Dank!

Wir haben uns in den letzten vier Wochen des Aufenthalts hervorragend untergebracht gefühlt. Nach einem ausführlichen Checkin durch Elena hat alles super geklappt, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, ruhig und insbesondere Elena war immer unterstützend, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns eigentlich immer wie zu Hause gefühlt und können deshalb die Unterkunft von Elena bestens empfehlen! An dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal bei Cristina, die eine geoßartige Gastgeberin ist. Alles hat gepasst, wie beim ersten Mal und Cristina war flexibel mit CheckIn/Out. Immer wieder gerne -danke für den Comfort!

Communication was perfect, everything worked out perfectly, very good location to explore Venice, would definitely recommend it!

Een fijn verblijf gehad in het appartement. Alles is netjes en zoals op de foto's. De bushalte met lijn 2 naar Venetië stopt voor het appartement. Restaurants/ijssalon/bakker/supermarkt/tabakzaak voor bustickets en centrum op loopafstand. Antonio is erg vriendelijk en reageert snel. Een aanrader als je afhankelijk bent van openbaar vervoer en alles graag in de buurt hebt.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement est très propre et spacieux, bien équipé et situé dans un quartier paisible. Gardaland est à 15minutes à pieds, les restaurants à 5 minutes. Viviana est très sympathique et nous a facilité l'arrivée et le départ. Nous recommandons vivement.

tutto perfetto posto tranquillo e a pochi minuti da riva del Garda... l'host ci ha fatto entrare anche prima dell'orario segnalato e quando c'è ne siamo andati pensavamo di aver dimenticato i capelli dei bimbi e abbiamo chiesto di controllare... ci ha ricontattato subito è stato super reattivo. appartamento bellissimo, zona tranquilla di pace e relax con vista sulle montagne. zona comoda per vedere un sacco di posti..bolzano e carezza a 30min, val gardena e Alpi di siusi a 1 ora, merano a meno di un ora. paesino da visitare anche a piedi con qualche bar, ristoranti, supermercato e tutto il necessario. Hugo gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. appartamento con tutto il necessario. portarsi gli effetti personali per il bagno e per la cucina il minimo indispensabile per mangiare ci ritorneremo!

Mauro was an excellent host. His hospitality was wonderful and endearing. The view from the patio is incredible. The whole stay was incredibly relaxing, my friend and I got the best sleep scores ever, it was quiet, majestic with the lake and mountains and overall a cozy space. La Lanterna is definitely the place to go for dinner, it's not on the lake but amazing food, service and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our time in March, but during the summer it must be even more of an experience with the lake and ferry all right there. The water is refreshing and crystal clear. We had no issues speaking English at the local restaurants and shops. We plan to go back!

We had a great time at Adam's place! It was lovely with everything we needed and Adam was an amazingly helpful host with lots of suggestions and advice for us. One note is that the home does not have Wifi but sounds like that might happen in the future. The flat was right in the middle of town and we could see the lake, the mountains on both sides, etc - it was beautiful. We'd love to go back!

Abbiamo trascorso due giorni in questo B&B e non potevamo fare scelta migliore! L’appartamento è completamente ristrutturato, tutto nuovo e curato nei minimi dettagli. La cabina armadio è bellissima, il bagno impeccabile, e la cucina e il salotto moderni, accoglienti e super attrezzati Uno dei punti forti è sicuramente il terrazzo enorme, perfetto per rilassarsi. La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario: pentole, macchinetta del caffè, tè, tazze, posate… tutto pulitissimo! Le lenzuola erano profumate e morbidissime, e il letto rialzato così comodo che la mattina non volevamo più alzarci. Inoltre, è dotato di Netflix e di ogni comfort possibile, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La posizione è in una zona tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere tutto facilmente. Considerando la qualità dell’appartamento e la ristrutturazione impeccabile, il prezzo è davvero ottimo. Un ringraziamento speciale anche alla ragazza che lo gestisce: gentilissima e sempre disponibile

Alles war genauso wie erwartet, Conny sehr symphatisch und die Kommunikation gut. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war herrlich und zahlreiche Bialettis für typischen italienischen Kaffee vorhanden :) Klare Empfehlung.
