A great location. Easy walk into Mt Eliza Village with lots of great shops, cafes and supermarkets. Very close to the beach and a short drive to Mornington. Easy access to the Mornington Peninsula. Washer and dryer were very handy. Very quiet complex

I had booked eagles rest for my children and parents, we expected the house was beautiful from the pictures but it was even better then all the photos. The decor, artwork inside and out was spectacular. We loved the veggie and fruit that were grow around the house and the beautiful maintained garden. The garden outside each room made it so peaceful. We especially loved the pizza oven outside, using the fresh tomatoes picked from their garden. The fire pit was a hit too with the family,sitting around on the outdoor sofa and lounge bed. We were also welcomed with a beautiful basket of goodies on the bench which was such a warm welcome. Communication was great, answering our questions promptly and being so accommodating. Everything was stocked up for us in the house from kitchen, pantry laundry cupboard which helped us from having to go down to the shops and getting all the Nic nacs. I highly recommend Anton’s place, it was everything and so much more We will definitely be back for sure ?

Janette was absolutely wonderful! She added so many touches to this beautiful home that made such a difference. There was plenty of coffee pods, tea bags, a litre of milk, a bottle of wine, boxes of tissues, laundry and kitchen items and a lovely welcome note on the table… just to mention a few things. The bed was extremely comfortable and the view was spectacular. The reverse cycle ironstone and gas fire were very welcome on some of the colder evenings. Thank you so much, Janette! A really lovely location to escape away to the beach for a weekend. Fantastic location with very easy stroll to the beach and local restaurants, etc - best bit is not only is it fantasticly close to everything you want, but it also just far enough away that you get to enjoy the peace and quiet away from the main strip. The hosts were fantastic and gave excellent instructions making it easy to find and simple to get in and keep secure, and really loved the 1pm check-in time. Thank you!

Lovely house. Felt like home away from home. Very quiet and peaceful area and private. The bed was extremely comfy and the hot tub was the perfect addition to a quiet weekend away. Communication on check-in was great, very clear and easy to understand. Have already recommended to F&F.

This was a perfect getaway for our family Easter. The man cave was great for our family to hangout together. It is next level! Walks to Coronet Bay, Settlement Point, The Boat Ramp and for coffee to Fig and Bay are right at the end of the street. This property is really secure for pets and caters for anything your dog could need. Thanks

The property is so serene and a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Matched with its proximity to Wilsons Promontory, I cannot recommend it enough.

Frank was great to communicate with and very accommodating, even with last-minute changes. Frank's home is wonderful, spacious and very clean. The Balcony is to die for, and I wrote a chapter for my next book on the swinging chair. The only slight disappointment was that the pool is actually a pond. You can dip in it, but it is not for swimming laps it is relatively small and full of fish. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life, endlessly quiet, beautiful sunrises from the comfort and warmth of your bed.
