Located across from our private gated community, The Loft is walking distance to LaPrade’s Marina. Our community boasts Wildcat Creek, 3 stocked ponds, and 5 miles of trails. Amenities await right outside the loft door and include a pool, hot tub, fire pit and direct access to the Marina.

Hiawassee Hideaway at Chatuge

Very comfortable apartment for 2 adults. King size bed with small kitchen and with refrigerator. No stove but a single hot plate. High speed internet and access to TV streaming services. Great for a couple getaway. No children over 2 and there must not be any guests under 18 please. Overlooks the lake and private. Entrance and bathroom are not wheelchair or handicap accessible. Potentially hazardous place to stay for the elderly or infirm and is not senior accessible.
