This is a wonderful property! I was in town with a family of four and the accommodations were perfect! Stuart was very responsive and arranged for an early check-in when our flight arrived earlier than expected. When we checked-out of the property and left something valuable behind, Stuart was extremely responsive and helped us to quickly bring the issue to closure. I would stay here again if ever back in the area. Stuart is a great host and treated us like family.

Wonderful BnB! The view in the morning is something I will miss, the lake is perfect for a run or a stroll. close to station, town, shops, cafes and bars! Idealistic for a couple just landing in Oz and wanting to explore. Host was amazing and super helpful! 😊 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We just had the best time staying in Leederville!! Everything was on our doorstep and only 9 minutes from the city. It’s such a sweet suburb - laidback, great vibe and heaps of awesome places to eat! The house was fantastic for our family with two teenage kids. They could walk anywhere or grab an e-scooter down to the main street to grab themselves so Yo-Chi!! Everything was available in the house we could imagine and we loved hanging out in the sun drenched living room looking out into the the back garden with great deck and bbq (which we enjoyed more than once with the beautiful Perth weather) The hosts were brilliant and so lovely to deal with - we will definitely be back!

Comfortable, spotlessly clean and a wonderful place to stay for our family of 5. Everything was thoughtfully curated including the bonus coffee pods, bathroom staples and inflatable toys for the pool. Highly recommended A++.

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

Was an easy process and an awesome stay!

We had a lovely, peaceful and comfortable stay at Debbie’s place. It is fully equipped with comfortable beds and nice hot shower. We enjoyed leisurely breakfasts each morning out in the courtyard amongst the lovely garden and birds. It was super easy to locate, park and with close access to Subiaco.
